Highly recommended food tour
We had the best time with Foodprint Tours! Thank you so much for showing us some of the best spots around Paris and for being so informative and helpful. We had so many questions and the tour guide was so knowledgeable and patient! The food was delicious and we would've never tasted all those dishes if we had been on our own! Also, we are a family with little ones but somehow the tourguide managed to take us places that were suitable for everyone! Really really grateful for that. Highly recommend this tour!
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We’re thrilled your family enjoyed discovering Paris with Foodprint Tours and that your guide made the experience fun, informative, and suitable for everyone. We hope to welcome you on another tour during your future travels!

Worst tour ever
Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience. I’ve taken food tours in Tokyo, Paris, London, Rome, and several other cities, and this was by far the least interesting. Our guide was very nice and personable, and I don’t blame her personally. My criticism is really directed at the tour company. It felt as though she had not been given the training, background, or information needed to make the tour engaging. At each stop, there was very little explanation about the food, the history of the establishment, the people behind it, or why it was significant. A good food tour should be about much more than simply tasting food—it should tell a story about the neighborhood, its culture, and the places you’re visiting. Unfortunately, that was completely missing. Considering the price, I expected a much more informative, engaging, and memorable experience. Our guide was lovely, but the tour itself was boring, lacked substance, and simply did not provide good value. Based on our experience, I would not recommend it.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re very sorry that your experience with Foodprint Tours did not meet your expectations. We completely agree that a food tour should be about much more than simply tasting food. The stories behind the dishes, establishments, neighborhood, and local culture are an essential part of the experience we aim to provide. While we’re pleased to hear that you found your guide personable and welcoming, it is clear that the storytelling and cultural depth were not delivered to the standard we expect. We take responsibility for ensuring our guides receive the proper training and information. Following your feedback, we have paused this tour while we address the issue internally, review the tour content, and strengthen the training provided to our guides before offering the experience again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to improve and ensure future guests receive the experience and value they should expect from Foodprint Tours.

Tour guide was very good....
Tour guide was very good. We were a party of four. Another group was a party of 3, food on a plate was shared with the other group and after they were touching the food before we had a chance to taste it we decided not to eat it. The suggestion would be for each person to have their own food or at least each group to have their own food. This has been the case with past food tours.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear you enjoyed your guide. We completely understand your concern regarding the shared plates. While some dishes are traditionally served for sharing, separate groups should never be expected to share the same plate. We will address this with our team immediately and ensure that each booking group receives its own separate portions going forward. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and helping us improve the Foodprint Tours experience.

Disappointing
Very disappointing and would not recommend and definitely not as described. We were a group of 2 according to photos was expecting a properly prepared cheese board with variety of tastings not 2 big slabs of cheese that was basically wasted. No offer of tea or coffee as described. If I had not asked about the food market we would not have even been told where it was let alone have gone there. We have done a few food tours through Viator and loved them. This one should be removed from being offered. Shared 6 escargot. Terrible value. Many other tours on offer would have been better. Was keen on this one as described to be out of the ordinary and the mention of a market sounded different.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations. Regarding the photos, these are promotional images intended to showcase the experience and individual servings may vary depending on the day, venue, and group size. Sharing food is also a core part of the experience, as many of the tastings are served in a way that reflects local dining culture and are meant to be enjoyed together. You are correct that the market should have been mentioned and included as part of the experience. We have already raised this with the guide to ensure the itinerary is followed consistently in the future. We would also like to clarify that tea and coffee are not listed as included items in the tour description and are not part of the standard inclusions. While we understand that our tour style may not suit every traveler, we appreciate you taking the time to share your comments, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.

Paris Autumn Le Marais Gourmet Food Walking Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.
How much does Paris Autumn Le Marais Gourmet Food Walking Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $109 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Paris Autumn Le Marais Gourmet Food Walking Tour take?
+
Plan for about 2.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.
Is Paris Autumn Le Marais Gourmet Food Walking Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.8/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Paris Autumn Le Marais Gourmet Food Walking Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Paris Autumn Le Marais Gourmet Food Walking Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Paris Autumn Le Marais Gourmet Food Walking Tour?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 2.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Paris Autumn Le Marais Gourmet Food Walking Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Paris?
+
Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based), Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Paris?
+
April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Paris?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What happens to Paris Autumn Le Marais Gourmet Food Walking Tour if the weather is bad?
+
It generally runs rain or shine, so dress for the forecast in Paris. Standard cancellation terms apply: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start.
What do travelers say about Paris Autumn Le Marais Gourmet Food Walking Tour?
+
Across 9 reviews averaging 3.8 out of 5, recurring themes include food and drink, the guide, knowledge and storytelling. The tastings and food stops are a highlight for most reviewers.
