Terrible.
They were supposed to arrive at my hotel at 1:30. Then they said 2. I was waiting outside my hotel at 1:55. At 2:10, they sent me a message saying they were waiting at another hotel. Then they called me at 2:14 and said they'd come pick me up up 10 minutes. At 2:30, when they still hadn't arrived, I'd had enough of the unprofessionalism and got a taxi. I've asked for a refund, as they failed to arrive as agreed.

Simple but efficient tour
The guide was very knowledgeable and did a very good job explaining everything. He was able to keep track of us, have some good jokes, and overall make the experience memorable.
