Bad experience, dry Pamukale ??
Dry Pamukale with very low watter, all place is drying because of not enough watter. All pools are dry, only by the road a few pools have watter. They will destroy this beautiful place. Been there a few days ago, very disapointed. The bar near the pool is very dirty, the peaple that work there didnt clan the tables outside ?? Why ?? Rally very sad experiance.

Because of this, the appearance of the terraces can vary depending on the time of visit and natural conditions. Regarding your comments about cleanliness at the café area, this is not managed by our tour operation, but we will still pass your observation on to the relevant local authorities as guest feedback is always important. We understand your disappointment, especially when expectations are high for such a unique location. Exceeded expectations *****
The trip was very well organised and everything was on time. The tour guide Merve was amazing. She had a great command of the English language and took time to explain a lot of the history whilst we drove, as well as when we were at the venues. We also had a lot of time to explore on our own. The transportation was well planned and very prompt. The friendliness of the team was wonderful. My daughter dropped her phone on the bus and this was returned to the hotel the next evening. This service exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend if you want to have a small group experience, with a lot of time taken to make the experience special and with a provider with integrity.
