What you get

    About this experience

Experience yoga while floating on the crystal clear waters of Honolulu, Hawaii. Standup paddleboard yoga is a unique adventure that combines the physical challenges of practicing yoga on a paddleboard with the majestic beauty of Hawaii’s oceans and shorelines. Classes available for all levels. Small group sizes ensure personalized attention from our highly qualified instructors, allowing each student to work at their own ability level. The SUP yoga classes include many familiar yoga poses adapted to the water. Most of the poses are done seated, kneeling, or lying down, with a few standing poses as well to work on balance and core stability. Free time is incorporated into each class, giving students a chance to try any poses they would like to work on. Classes end with traditional savasana, a meditation experienced lying on the board with the soft rocking of the oceans waves, fingers and toes trailing into the water, and the mind free to relax and let go.

A monk seal joined our class!

Such an incredible experience!! 10/10 I didn’t know what to expect and this ended up being a lifetime memory

Response from the operator: You were one of the lucky ones! That was a very special morning on the water! ✨

    Paddleboard Yoga had been...

Paddleboard Yoga had been on my bucket list for a while, so I was so happy to finally check it off in Hawaii! 🌺🧘‍♀️🏄‍♀️ It was such a refreshing way to start the morning. Yoga on a paddleboard was definitely more challenging than I expected, but that made it even more fun! If you’re in Honolulu, definitely give it a try. It’s an experience worth challenging yourself for! 💙✨

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for the recommendation! Hope you can join us again soon!

180° Opposite Board Position Ruined the Class Experience

For the entire class my yoga board is facing 180 degree opposite to the instructor and I'm locating at the furthest corner of the class that I can't see or hear any instructions. Almost all the time that I need to stop whatever my current position is and twist my body to see what is going on otherwise you can't balance yourself. Was looking forward to this class for very long but very very disappointed with the experience

Response from the operator: Sorry you didn't have a great experience with us. Since this activity takes place outdoors, we are not in control of the elements. It seems the day you joined us the wind was blowing in the opposite direction than usual, and your board was facing the wrong direction. Sorry this had such a large impact on your experience.

One of my fave activities in Oahu

Had so much fun. The instructor was very welcoming and made it easy and no stress. Photo package is also good value for money, you would be silly not to add it on

Response from the operator: Thank you for the review! Hope you can join us again next time! Aloha!

    Great experience with Yoga Floats!

Great, Kelsey had everything ready when I arrived and had very clear, attentive instructions and good descriptions of what to do. Her equipment was brand new and her photos were amazing and she recommended a few spots to check out. Great experience with Kelsey and Yoga Floats!

Response from the operator: Thanks for joining us, Will! So happy you were able to join us on this trip. Hope to see you on the water again soon! Aloha!

Paddleboard Yoga Class in Honolulu: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Oahu.

How much does Paddleboard Yoga Class in Honolulu cost?

    +

Prices start at $46 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Oahu usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Paddleboard Yoga Class in Honolulu take?

    +

Plan for about 1.3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Oahu is not rushed.

Is Paddleboard Yoga Class in Honolulu worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 77 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 123 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Oahu, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Paddleboard Yoga Class in Honolulu?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Paddleboard Yoga Class in Honolulu suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Paddleboard Yoga Class in Honolulu?

    +

Around 43 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Oahu can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Oahu and add a light layer if any part of the 1.3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Paddleboard Yoga Class in Honolulu start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Oahu within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Oahu?

    +

On Outty we rank every Oahu experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Oahu: Full or Half Day Grand Circle Island Tour, Oahu Small-Group Circle Island Tour with Turtle Snorkeling, Pearl Harbor Remembered Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Oahu?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Oahu?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
