A/C subpar, otherwise fine.
Air conditioning was not strong enough. Driver was on time, communicated well via WhatsApp, and knew where to go, however.

On that day, our driver was parked and waiting for your boat arrival at the port. As parking at the port is under direct sun with limited shade, the cabin temperature became very hot while waiting. When he met you and started the journey, the AC needed a little extra time to cool down the cabin completely. This is not the standard we aim for. We have now checked and serviced the AC system to ensure it performs at its best, and we have briefed our drivers to keep the engine and AC running a few minutes before the pickup time whenever parking regulations allow, to ensure a cool and comfortable cabin upon your arrival. Highly recommend transport
We booked by WhatsApp with Seminyak tour per Chat GPT recommendation and we were so happy we did! They gave a great price, they communicated well before our trip, and as we were on our way, and then the driver was waiting with a sign when we arrived to make it clear where we needed to go because the harbor can be quite chaotic. It is so much easier if you book transport in advance and you get a better price. Our driver, Mr. Gede was so nice, he told us so much about Bali and the customs here, and we just enjoyed conversation with him. Great trip overall and would really recommend book with Seminyak Tour!

Perfect driver and tour guide
Kadek and Wayan were a great two person duo. We wanted to see some rice terraces Mt. Batur and Pura Ulundanu Batur en route from Ubud to Amed. They were safe, gave us water, and Kadek spoke English and told us about Balinese cultural things. Kadek took great photos, brought a sarong and sash for each of us to wear in the temple, and texted photos to us immediately via What’s App! Very reasonable price for very professional service. I fully recommend this company and this driver and tour guide.
