The guides were great but...
The guides were great but the tour felt very rushed. We got picked up at 6am drove around to pick up others and then we had to wait about 45 mins for other vans with people to transfer to another car to take us all on a one hour and 20 min drive to the volcano. We got there and hiked as soon as we got to the top we took some pics and then we had to leave to roast marshmallows stayed there for about 15 mins and then headed out. There was really no time to enjoy and take it all the views in at least 20-30 mins free time would’ve been great. But overall it was a great experience. I would suggest to work better logistics for the pick up and use that time toward the tour.

Hike at your own risk! Lol
Strenuous yet rewarding! The hike was very advanced and is NOT FOR THE WEAK! I had to get a horse ride to the top because 20% of the way I bag an to have trouble breathing due to elevation! But the views were great!!

This was a good half day...
This was a good half day tour being able to see Pacaya Volcano up close. The whole service was well planned. We were picked up, stopped for an early morning coffee, and then driven to the Volcano. The trek up is steep and not the easiest going up. I took a pony up and down and glad that I did. The majority of the people ended up using ponies to go up. It's harder than you would think getting up there. Shout out to Alejandro sticking with me throughout the whole tour.

Terrible communication....
Terrible communication. Waited until last minute to answer my message. All of my co workers got canceled due to the gas protest. I didn’t want to go by myself they didn’t answer until really late and then never responses back just tried to pick me up instead of canceling With a refund.
