Pablo Escobar prívate tour of 4.

We had an amazing time in Columbia. The coordinator Andres was amazing getting everything reserved and us connected to our tour guide/driver Alejandro. Alejandro took us on the Pablo Escobar tour and man did he go over and beyond. He was so personable, knowledgeable and very flexible with us. I would recommend anyone who wants to see the real behind Pablo and all that he did in the community, please book with them. They don’t just take you on the touristy spots but the places that Pablo really made an impact on. Communication was great and they made sure we were aware of any and everything we were doing. I definitely recommend.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your kind comments. We’re delighted to know that Andrés and Alejandro made your experience truly memorable. We sincerely appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back to Colombia soon. Kind regards, Travel is Living MDE team

The tour guide never showed up for the rest of my tour.

Well the tour was great at first. The tour guide was nice and had good english. He asked if it would be ok if we finished the tour tomorrow at 8am since the cemetery would be closed by the time we got there. I woke up early and got ready for the tour guide to never connect me. I did not connect them because at this point im over it and mad about waking up early for nothing!!! I would not trust this place for a tour. I can understand things coming up but to not even contact your client to say you wont make it is unacceptable for me

Response from the operator: Dear traveler, We sincerely apologize for the lack of timely communication regarding the change in your tour schedule. Although the plan was adjusted due to the cemetery opening hours, we failed to properly inform you in advance and provide the necessary follow-up. This does not reflect the level of service we aim to deliver. Following this experience, we have strengthened our management, administration, and staff coordination processes to improve communication and prevent similar situations from happening again. Kind regards, Andres Travel is Living MDE

    Disappointed customer!

The tour operator said they were on their way and then 15 mins before the scheduled pick up time , I receive an email to say the tour was cancelled. The tour operator did not communicate, viator apologised but the local tour company has not. I am so disappointed!!!!!!

Medellin with Andres is a must!

Like so many others have already said Andres treats you like family and is such a good judge of what would be the best experience for your group. It was our first time in Medellin and definitely won’t be our last. We did a few things with Andres and all of them hit, especially the daytrip to Guatapé. I will be back soon brother!!!!!

Response from the operator: Waiting for you untill nex time. W ehad a blast, thanks for trust in us and live this experecience as unique unforgetables moments… Cheers!

    Colombia 2025, one to remember!

What a trip to Colombia. Highly recommend Andres as a tour guide. He took us on many activities and tours, well knowledgeable of the country. We also went to the stadium to watch the Atlético Nacional game, I can safely say this is my second team now. Andres went above and beyond for us to make us feel safe and welcome. Will see you next year when I come South America!

Pablo Escobar Tour - Private and affordable TOUR - The New Colombia: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Medellín.

How much does Pablo Escobar Tour - Private and affordable TOUR - The New Colombia cost?

    +

Prices start at $139 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Medellín usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Pablo Escobar Tour - Private and affordable TOUR - The New Colombia take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Medellín is not rushed.

Is Pablo Escobar Tour - Private and affordable TOUR - The New Colombia worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 34 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Medellín, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Pablo Escobar Tour - Private and affordable TOUR - The New Colombia?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Pablo Escobar Tour - Private and affordable TOUR - The New Colombia suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Pablo Escobar Tour - Private and affordable TOUR - The New Colombia?

    +

Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Medellín can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Medellín and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Pablo Escobar Tour - Private and affordable TOUR - The New Colombia start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Medellín within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Medellín?

    +

On Outty we rank every Medellín experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guatapé Tour: Piedra del Peñol with Boat Tour, Breakfast, Lunch, Comuna 13 Graffiti Tour with Street Food, More than Escobar Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Medellín?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Medellín?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
