Yama is an outstanding tour guide. Fluent in English and Japanese he took us to the best local spots and eateries. Always thoughtful, he even carried umbrellas for us, just in case it rained. The next time we come to Japan, I will definitely ask for him again.

Osaka trip
Guide, Mr Yama took us to all important places. Yes the shopping n market area was crowded, less cleaner than Tokyo. Washrooms are not as easily available as in other cities.
