Sierpe
After traveling from Manuel Antonio, Dominical or Uvita through African palm and rice plantations and bordering the Pacific Ocean for 2 hours by road, we will arrive at the port of Sierpe where we will have breakfast right on the river bank, we will change clothes if necessary. necessary and we will take the boat for about 45 minutes downriver and about 1.5 hours sailing through the Pacific Ocean, very close to the coast.

A beautiful river 82 km long will be our first water route to reach Corcovado. In the morning it will be a quick trip with some possible stops to see crocodiles and the mouth of the river. On the route we will be able to appreciate the landscape of mangrove forests and a wide variety of birds that call the wetlands their home. On the way back, according to weather conditions, we will make a stop at one of the canals to interpret and look for more animals in the mangrove forest: monkeys, sloths and maybe snakes from before arriving at the port.

The cherry on the cake for all nature and photography lovers. A place that always surprises us with its high biodiversity (considered the most biologically intense place in the world). Upon arriving at the beach you can use the restrooms and you, together with your guide, will separate from the other groups to walk as alone as possible along the trails in search of monkeys, birds, snakes, tapiers, bats and why not? , sometimes being surprised by pumas and other things that Mother Nature awaits us. After the first walk you will take a break to have lunch at the Park Ranger station, refill your water bottles and there you can find a convenience store in case you need something. After this there will be a second walk along different trails with the intention of enjoying every minute in the place, WE LOVE QUESTIONS! feel free to chat with your guide throughout the tour.

From Uvita to Corcovado: A World-Class Wildlife Tour
This was hands down one of the coolest trips we have ever done! My wife and I booked a private tour with Dylan, and the day started early in downtown Uvita, where he picked us up and drove us to Sierpe for an incredible two-hour boat ride to Corcovado National Park. We spent most of the day exploring the lush rainforest and enjoying a great lunch. Dylan is easily one of the best guides we’ve ever had anywhere in the world. He knew all the wildlife inside and out, providing fascinating, detailed information about everything we encountered. Corcovado Trip
Amazing experience. Dylan is extremely knowledgeable and adept at spotting the birds and animals, booking a solo or very low numbers I think certainly helps when it comes to spotting. Taking pictures on a phone via his telescope works really well and means for the casual camera user you don’t need to splurge on expensive lens Highly recommended

AMAZING tours through the week!
We had a great time in Costa Rica! We did the all day Corcavado trip and bird watching in Baru with Dylan. We did the ATV ride, night tour and Manuel Antonio all with different guides through Quepos Info Center. Everything was great! It was very easy to meet up and get to each activity. The communication with Dylan and the guides was on point! Everyone was very fluent with English and was very patient with your spanish. My hearing is also rather bad and it was not difficult at all. I have always been an intense hiker, hunter and fisherman growing up in the mountains of Colorado Wyoming and Montana showing some interest in birding. Going on these adventures has exploded my interest in birds. Over the course of the trip I have found around 100 species. Now on the flight home im shopping for a camera! Some of the photos taken were absolutely incredible. In the states one of my favorite things is calling elk in. In Costa Rica we called birds in for photographs. Such a thrill and trying to locate them through the dense forest. The appreciation and love for nature is amazing in this country. I really want to leave a bad review so I could selfishly make sure every time I come to visit Id have a day or two bird watching with Dylan. I have never seen anyone so enthusiastic in what they do for a living... as were all the guides it is incredible and it is contagious. In conclusion I would 100% recommend all of the guide services through this company the pricing wasn't bad and in many cases food was included! Navigating through the forest in Costa Rica is very different than any place I've been to. You do have to be very careful and mindful. You are surrounded by very venomous frogs, bugs and snakes meanwhile avoiding ants. Having a knowledgeable guide in a foreign land is a must. Thank you! Pura Vida!

Visiting Corcovado National Park was an unforgettable experience and easily one of the highlights of our trip. The park itself was breathtaking, and we saw and learned about so many new species we never would have noticed on our own. Our guide, Dylan, was truly elite, knowledgeable, passionate, and incredibly skilled at spotting wildlife and explaining the ecosystem in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. His expertise made the experience feel exclusive and deeply enriching. We left with a greater appreciation for the rainforest which we’ll never forget. We would absolutely book with Dylan again and highly recommend him to anyone wanting a top-tier Corcovado experience!
