Great adventure
Swimming with the dolphins was an incredible experience from start to finish. The interaction was engaging, the staff made everything feel safe and enjoyable, and the dolphins were simply beautiful. We chose to purchase all the photos and videos, and it was absolutely the right decision — the quality was excellent and captured every moment we wanted to remember. Truly a must‑do experience.

Must Do Excursion!
We loved this excursion so much we’ve done it two years in a row. It’s the perfect combination of thrill, adventure, and relaxation. This excursion would be best for a family with teens due to the Speed boat part. Carlos, Ramon, Miguel (Diablo), Eric, and Ricardo (photographer) were FANTASTIC!

PLEASE READ !!!
They canceled one of our tours only a week before the trip and gave us very limited replacement options. When we called to ask about accommodations, the customer service representatives were rude and not helpful at all. What makes it even more frustrating is that two weeks ago they told us my refund was already being processed, and now they're saying they need additional personal information before they can issue it. We did the Rhythm of the Night excursion, and honestly, it was disappointing. The experience felt overcrowded, the food was mediocre, the drinks seemed watered down, and the show was about a 6.5/10. The photos they take are also extremely overpriced. The kitchen staff was friendly and probably the best part of the experience, but many of the other staff members could have been much more professional and welcoming. At this point, I highly recommend booking with another company if you're visiting Puerto Vallarta. There are better quality experiences available. I genuinely feel ripped off, especially now that I'm being told my refund could take up to 40 days. The whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I feel like they're able to get away with it because they have such a large presence in Puerto Vallarta.

The Perfect Day!!!
Our Ocean Mania adventure could not have been more perfect! We appreciated them really making sure we were sunblocked and bathroomed before the longer stretches on the boat - and that they kept the wilder rides matched for our particular group. It was fun - but we are in our forties and not looking to be injured! It was a slower day at the zipline/island area - so we were able to go back and redo our favorites (the Zipline and FloRider wave pools!) and the lunch really was delicious. The photo package was AMAZING - and the added on video was completely worth the cost. ($50 USD photo + $40 USD video) There were so many more than expected - and we look great in them!

Non-stop fun and new experiences
Absolutely amazing. Not only was it non-stop fast paced action all day long. But we were provided snacks and water half way through and then a delicious sandwich with toppings bar and dessert at the end… on top of also an open bar and chips and guacamole. 100% worth the money and would happily do it again.
