This experience is ideal if you don’t have much time or are more focused on knowing the cultural aspects of Oaxacan artisan chocolate. Your visit will be interesting and fun. We will introduce you to the basic information to understand the world of cocoa and chocolate, and in addition to the tests: – 100% Pure Cocoa – Bitter chocolate – Semi-bitter chocolate – Traditional chocolate – and other ingredients You can taste 1 to 2 drinks of your choice and learn how to prepare them at home in the traditional Oaxacan way.

    Great chocolate experience

    It was a great experience which let me know more about cacao and chocolate. From myths to facts, from taste to texturas, this experience lets you get to know better the world of cacao and how it has been shaped by the way of living of Oaxaca’s people.
