Not a great experience - Wrong location on confirmation/ticket
Not a good experience. Unfortunately, the confirmation and ticket provided had the wrong meeting location. My husband and I showed up about 45 minutes early to ensure we had plenty of time to find our location and not be late. To our surprise, when we arrived and showed our tickets the gal at check in told us that company does not charter off of that pier. I initially tried contacting the host but did not hear back. By the time we exhausted all the resources we could it was already 6:50pm (cruise was supposed to start at 7). Instead, we decided to reach out to Viator support for a refund instead which thankfully they were able to do. Although, it was a stressful situation we were grateful that Starship tours and events (located on Pier 78-highly recommend) had an evening cruise as well, and it was amazing!
