This was one of the worst tour experiences we have ever had. We booked through Viator, showed up on time for the scheduled pickup, and the driver simply never came. What made it even worse was the complete lack of communication. We called, emailed, and asked our hotel to contact the company. Nobody answered or responded. We were left standing around waiting with no information, no explanation, and no attempt whatsoever to help us. Our valuable vacation time was completely wasted. If you cannot provide the service that customers paid for, the least you can do is communicate with them. Ignoring multiple calls and emails is completely unacceptable.

The hotel stated in the original Viator booking was not the hotel where the guests were actually waiting for pickup. Before the tour, our team contacted the WhatsApp numbers provided with the reservation to confirm the pickup arrangements, but unfortunately we received no response and were not informed that the pickup location had changed. Once we became aware of what had happened, we responded to the guests and offered to provide the tour on another day at no additional cost. In addition, as a gesture of goodwill, we offered a complimentary airport transfer at our own expense. The guests chose not to accept these alternatives and instead requested a full cancellation, which we respected and processed according to Viator’s procedures. We would also like to clarify that two separate negative reviews have been posted regarding this same booking and the same incident. We respect every guest’s right to share their experience, but believe this context is relevant for readers evaluating the reviews. We regret that the tour did not take place as planned. Driver Never Showed Up and Operator Never Responded

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked this tour through Viator, and the driver never arrived for our scheduled pickup. If you value your time , DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! We waited and tried repeatedly to resolve the situation. We called and emailed the tour operator, and our hotel also tried contacting them. The Sol Hotel even called the operator’s number on our behalf. Despite all of these attempts, we received absolutely no response. By 7.00 AM, it was clear that the driver was not coming, and we had completely wasted our morning waiting for a tour that we had already paid for. Completely ignoring multiple calls and emails from customers is unacceptable. There was no communication, no explanation, and no attempt to provide any assistance.

Great tour disapointing guide.

This place is amazing and definitely worth visiting as it is stunning. We booked a personalised tour with a guide so that we could have a more indepth experience. Unfortunately our guide Wayan was not very interested and wanted to rush through the day. We hardly got any information and the photos he took were not that good. It seemed like he just wanted to get the day over and done with. Other tours with othe tour operators were so much better as their guides were excellent which ultimately made the difference!

Legit Instagram worthy photos/experience!

Amazing tour! It lived up to exactly what i expected it to be after a year of researching. True Instagram worthy photos to prove it. Our guide also made an additional stop at Crystal bay where we were able to snorkel off the shore with our own snorkelling gear! If you are all about the photos like me, I recommend this tour while in Nusa Penida!

Poor + over priced

The tour guide is just trying to rush every spot and end the tour early, he only brought us to 4 spots and said there is not enough time for Broken Beach yet the tour ended early for more then an hour. Moreover he is driving fast af like keep tailgating other car, cut other cars off. And as the roads are narrow sometime he slam on the brakes to avoid crushing into coming cars as hes driving so so so fast. The whole trip felt so unsafe and uncomfortable. The free lunch is also salty af plus many flies. Honesty its not worth the money you can get better tour in this price. Last time when I commented you said cant identity our booking number and try to use this to deny the poor service so here is the evidence u need, enjoy.

Satisfaction of dear guests is priority N.1 With my warmest regards, Wayan PS On the information section as well as in the guests tickes stated : IMPORTANT: Nusa Penida is a small island that has quickly become popular in recent years. therefore, all tourist attractions are still under construction, including infrastructure, human resources, ports, roads, etc. There are many complaints about the island's infrastructure problems, please understand that the island needs time to get better and these the reasons do not depend on the tour operator, we try to make your trip as pleasant as possible. (if potential guest doesnt see ticket, does he really experienced the tour?)
