2. Journey Behind the Falls

   Journey Behind the Falls is a year-round attraction in Niagara Falls, Ontario, offering a unique perspective of the Horseshoe Falls. Visitors descend 125 feet via an elevator to explore tunnels behind the waterfall, leading to observation portals where they can witness the powerful rush of water from behind. Measuring 40 feet (12.2 meters) in diameter, it is one of the world’s largest floral clocks. Built in 1950 near the Niagara Parks Power Station, its vibrant patterns change seasonally with colorful flowers and greenery. The clock chimes every quarter-hour, adding to its charm.
