Shelly is awesome!
Shelly was our guide and she was awesome. She accomodated to make sure my ealderly dad was comfotbale throughout the trip. She is a local and has spend many decades exploring Niagara national park hence she had indepth knowledge and it was evident all through the trip as she took us to less visited spots, yet they were so scenic. I really recommend this trip!

Watch out for Gulls....
Great time at the falls. Boat ride was best. Only down side was lots of walking... and sea gulls at cave....you need the rain poncho for them as much as the falls. Guide was great (Logan).
Response from the operator: Dear valued guest, Thank you for sharing your review! We’re so glad to hear you had a great time at Niagara Falls and that the boat ride was the highlight of your experience. The Niagara Falls boat cruise is always an unforgettable adventure, and the mist definitely makes the poncho an important part of the experience! We also appreciate your note about the walking and the seagulls near the Cave area — helpful feedback like this allows future guests to better prepare for their Niagara Falls sightseeing tour. We’re delighted to hear Logan was a great guide and helped make your tour enjoyable. Thank you again for choosing Gray Line Niagara. We hope to welcome you back for another memorable Niagara Falls tour soon! Kind regards,

Great experience! I would recommend this tour!
The boat ride was fantastic! The lines, if any, are very small in early May. Logan did a great job leading the group to the various destinations, and I was impressed about his knowledge of Niagara falls. The tour of the Cave of the Winds was great, too. You would have to be able to walk for at least 25 minutes at a time, or have some kind of motorized wheelchair.
Response from the operator: Dear Javier, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the Maid of the Mist boat ride and Cave of the Winds. We are especially happy to know that Logan did a great job leading the group and sharing his knowledge of Niagara Falls. We also appreciate you mentioning the walking involved, as this is helpful for future guests planning their visit. Thank you again for choosing Gray Line for your Niagara Falls sightseeing tour. We hope to welcome you back for another memorable experience soon. Kind regards,

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Niagara Falls Express Tour, Maid of the Mist and Trolley Tickets: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Niagara Falls.
How much does Niagara Falls Express Tour, Maid of the Mist and Trolley Tickets cost?
+
Prices start at $83 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Niagara Falls usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Niagara Falls Express Tour, Maid of the Mist and Trolley Tickets take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Niagara Falls is not rushed.
Is Niagara Falls Express Tour, Maid of the Mist and Trolley Tickets worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Niagara Falls, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Niagara Falls Express Tour, Maid of the Mist and Trolley Tickets?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Niagara Falls Express Tour, Maid of the Mist and Trolley Tickets suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Niagara Falls Express Tour, Maid of the Mist and Trolley Tickets?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Niagara Falls can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Niagara Falls and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Niagara Falls Express Tour, Maid of the Mist and Trolley Tickets start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Niagara Falls within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Niagara Falls?
+
Niagara Falls on the US side means Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Goat Island walks, jet boat runs and combination trips across to the Canadian side. Passport requirements on cross-border tours are the thing to check first. On Outty we rank every Niagara Falls experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ultimate Niagara Falls USA Tour W/ Boat Ride, Cave & Hotel Pickup, Niagara Falls USA and Canada Tour W/ Boat, Cave & Skylon Tower, American Side Express Tour With Maid of the Mist Boat Ride & Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Niagara Falls?
+
May to September, with the falls illuminated year round. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Niagara Falls?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
