Horrible experience
They didn’t show up. I tried several times trying to confirm my booking with no replies. Ended up taking a taxi. Horrible experience. They knew which hotel I was staying and they had my phone number but they never attempted to contact me to let me know. After many attempts, someone at the hotel called the company on their personal mobile & supposedly they couldn’t drive me to the airport because of the weather & some flooding but the taxi had no issues getting me to the airport so that excuse did not add up. I would suggest taking precaution using this company. The other company I booked (Goodmorning Travel) through Viator to pick me up from the airport up was awesome. I wish I would’ve booked through Goodmorning Travel) both transfers.

On time, friendly, great service
Picked up on time, actually my flight was early and he was waiting! Excellent communication via WhatsApp. Driver was great, friendly, we chatted the whole time. Got be right to my hotel in Nah Trang in about 40 minutes from Cam Ranh airport.
