    I didn’t like it.

I didn’t like the experience. The driver was late and it was raining the whole day. I only enjoyed riding back to my resort.

    Last minute cancellation

The company required multiple check ins to confirm prior to the scheduled trip. However, due to limited wifi and not being in resort room all day, we finally were able to confirm about 3pm the day before. At this time they offered to pick us up early and allow us to join the crew in the 7 mile beach excursion due to "low boat attendance ". Of course we agreed. Well we received a call in the am from the company who reported that they may have to cancel as not enough people have signed up. We weren't going to wait in the hotel room all day so we finally got them to admit they were going to cancel and send us our full refund. Unfortunately, by this time all the other charters to Rick's cafe for the day were filled up so we ended up missing out on the experience all together. Seedless to say my wife and I were pissed !

Response from the operator: Dear Customer, Thanks for booking with us! We appreciate you taking the time out to write about your experience so we can improve on our service. We also want to apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware that it is not easy to communicate with customers while they are on vacation and that is why we insist that our customers provide us with enough contact options like email, phone number and room number to make it easier. We also request in the "Voucher Details" & "Before you Book" for all our customers to contact us at least 24 hours prior to their trips so that we can pass on valuable information like cancellations, upgrading or rescheduling. Unfortunately, with all the effort, sometimes it is a little difficult to reach customers and, we totally understand! "Shared" tours are based on minimum number of persons as stated in the "Voucher Details" & " Before you Book". If we do not meet the minimum number required the tour can either be rescheduled,, upgraded to "Private", you get the opportunity to choose another activity or canceled. We are looking forward to seeing you when next you travel so that we can share our excellent customer service with you! Kind regards, Natralia McFarlane Manager.

Negril Sunset Trip to Rick's Cafe from Montego Bay and Grand Palladium: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Montego Bay.

How much does Negril Sunset Trip to Rick's Cafe from Montego Bay and Grand Palladium cost?

    +

Prices start at $70 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Montego Bay usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Negril Sunset Trip to Rick's Cafe from Montego Bay and Grand Palladium take?

    +

Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Montego Bay is not rushed.

Is Negril Sunset Trip to Rick's Cafe from Montego Bay and Grand Palladium worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 55 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 8 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Montego Bay, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Negril Sunset Trip to Rick's Cafe from Montego Bay and Grand Palladium?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Negril Sunset Trip to Rick's Cafe from Montego Bay and Grand Palladium suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Negril Sunset Trip to Rick's Cafe from Montego Bay and Grand Palladium?

    +

Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Montego Bay can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Montego Bay and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Negril Sunset Trip to Rick's Cafe from Montego Bay and Grand Palladium start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Montego Bay within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Montego Bay?

    +

On Outty we rank every Montego Bay experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Private Montego Bay Airport Transfer to Negril, Blue Hole and Dunn's River Falls Private Tour from Montego Bay, Appleton Estate Admission Ticket & Distillery Tour with Tastings. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Montego Bay?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Montego Bay?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
