    Naxos Girls Trip

Me and my friends did this tour during our girls trip to Greece and we had the most amazing time!! Our tour guide Elizabeth was the best showing us gorgeous views of Naxos. She also took us to have some of the best food and wine we had on our trip. She allowed us to take our time enjoying the tour and offered to take photos of us along the way. We learned so much about the food and culture of the town from her and felt it was a must do experience!!

Beautiful Tour Rich with History, Food, and Wine

My wife and I had an amazing night exploring the picturesque streets of the Naxos Old Town with our lovely guide, who shared with us the rich history of the island from its prehistoric roots, Venetian conquest, and modern life in this slice of paradise. The beauty of the town and culture are reflected in the Naxian people, their wines, and their foods. We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful evening in Chora.

Liana was such an excellent guide

I cannot rave enough about this tour. First of all, I was lucky enough to be the only person on the tour for the evening. Secondly, I had an amazing tour guide, Liana, and despite her young age, she knew so much about the food, culture, mythology etc. Our first stop was a wine lounge called Hurmas. The gentleman serving the wine, Nico, was quite knowledgeable - the wine and tapas selection was excellent, and the pours were generous. Next stop was the restaurant, with an abundance of traditional Naxian food. The restaurant is a family run business, and it shows the care that they put into the food and restaurant. The staff at that restaurant were quite hard working. I was quite stuffed from all the food. The last stop was the Kitron tasting - definitely unique. Overall, the Naxos Cultural Tour company put on a great tour, and I actually booked 4 tours with them. If you want to experience the food and wine that is indigenous to Naxos, this is the tour to do. Liana was just the best!

Relaxing private tour, wine tasting, and dinner in the city of Naxos

Our private guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. She explained all we could want o know about the island and city of Naxos…their history, natural resources/products, and other pertinent information. We had a wonderful wine tasting while overlooking the gorgeous harbor of Naxos, followed by a delicious authentic dinner. She answered all of our questions. We were very impressed.

Naxos Old Town Private Tour with Wine Tasting and Dinner: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Naxos.

How much does Naxos Old Town Private Tour with Wine Tasting and Dinner cost?

    +

Prices start at $100 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Naxos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Naxos Old Town Private Tour with Wine Tasting and Dinner take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Naxos is not rushed.

Is Naxos Old Town Private Tour with Wine Tasting and Dinner worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Naxos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Naxos Old Town Private Tour with Wine Tasting and Dinner?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Naxos Old Town Private Tour with Wine Tasting and Dinner suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Naxos Old Town Private Tour with Wine Tasting and Dinner?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Naxos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Naxos and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Naxos Old Town Private Tour with Wine Tasting and Dinner start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Naxos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Naxos?

    +

On Outty we rank every Naxos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Naxos:Half-day cooking class at Basiliko Farm, Naxos Perivoli Farm Experience & Wood-fire Cooking Class, Naxos Kayak Tour to Rina Cave with Snorkeling and Homemade lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Naxos?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Naxos?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
