Waste of money

A huge disappointment and a waste of money. The audio tour doesn’t include any descriptions of the paintings on the fifth floor, where the most famous artists are exhibited. As a result, many of the best-known and most obvious paintings to include are not covered by the tour at all.

Don’t buy

Don’t buy the audio from Viator. We purchased along with entrance tickets the Yo Tour site to get the audio is a joke! Never did get into site even after 30 minutes trying. Just buy the audio once you get to the museum.

Response from the operator: Dear Sori D, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you were glad to visit overall, We're sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties accessing the digital audio guide during your visit. Had you contacted our support team at the time, we would have been happy to assist you immediately and help resolve the issue so you could enjoy the audio guide as intended. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our services

I booked eveing access to...

I booked eveing access to the Museum Orsay, however, when the confirmation email arrived it stated anytime entry between 9-4pm entry. I ended up bookimg the effel tower visit and when I contacted the operator, they advised there was some confusion and that the tickets actually are for the evening. Due to this confusion I ended up not able to attend as planned and lost money and experience. This was very bad mis-communication and I would recommend people turn up and buy tickets at the museum which my friend advised were cheaper.

Response from the operator: Dear Alpona K, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the confusion regarding your Musée d'Orsay visit. Upon reviewing your booking, we confirmed that the correct tickets were shared with you. Your reservation was made for the Late Thursday entry option, which is valid specifically for Thursday evening access. We understand there may have been confusion with the late entry, we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We truly wish you had been able to contact us before your visit, as our support team would have been happy to clarify the ticket validity and assist you in avoiding any disruption to your plans.

Easy entry to the museum....

Easy entry to the museum. Downloaded the audio beforehand and had no issues using it but it did seem lacking. It would probably be better to just go with the museum's audio guide

Response from the operator: Dear Vinessa J, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re delighted to hear that you had a smooth entry to the Musée d'Orsay and that you were able to download and use the audio guide without any issues. We also appreciate your comments regarding the audio guide. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will share it with our team as we continue to improve the experience we provide for our guests. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you again on another memorable experience soon!

Musee d'Orsay Anytime Entry ticket in Paris with Audio: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.

How much does Musee d'Orsay Anytime Entry ticket in Paris with Audio cost?

+

Prices start at $6 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Musee d'Orsay Anytime Entry ticket in Paris with Audio take?

+

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.

Is Musee d'Orsay Anytime Entry ticket in Paris with Audio worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 45 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.4/5 across 209 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Musee d'Orsay Anytime Entry ticket in Paris with Audio?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Musee d'Orsay Anytime Entry ticket in Paris with Audio suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 1.5-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Musee d'Orsay Anytime Entry ticket in Paris with Audio?

+

Around 73 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Musee d'Orsay Anytime Entry ticket in Paris with Audio start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Paris?

+

Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Paris?

+

April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Paris?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
