Book direct!

The art galleries were great but there was absolutely no benefit in buying the combined tickets for Musée De L'Orangerie and Musée D'Orsay. It cost me more and I still had to queue up for a long time with people who didn't have tickets. Additionally, the audio guide link included was minimal and it was not easy to find the few corresponding pieces of art in the museums. Would have been better to book directly and used the museums audio guide.

Response from the operator: Dear NikkiSuzanne72, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear that you had a nice time during your visit & these tickets provide flexible access any time during the operating hours of the museum, which are very popular attractions and often sold out well in advance. At the same time, we are sorry to hear that the audio tour did not fully meet your expectations. The audio guide is designed to provide detailed information and highlight key artifacts to enhance the overall experience. We truly appreciate your feedback & we will try to improve the same for future.

Amazing experience

A fantastic and completely hassle-free experience! We booked our Orangerie Museum tickets through TripAdvisor the very last minute and were pleasantly surprised to receive them within just 5–10 minutes. The team was incredibly helpful and even assisted us with the required time reservation, which gave us priority access and made entering the museum quick and seamless. The ticket also included an audio guide, which made the visit enjoyable and helped us appreciate the beautiful artworks and history behind them. The museum itself is a true gem and an absolute must-visit in Paris. Everything—from booking to entry to exploring the galleries—was smooth and well organized. Highly recommend Viator for a stress-free booking experience and the Orangerie Museum for an unforgettable cultural visit!

Response from the operator: Dear Camper67667928657, Thank you for your kind feedback. We are delighted to hear that you had a great experience at the museum and that the ticket process was quick and hassle-free. The team was very helpful and assisted with the required time-slot reservation, which made entry quick and hassle-free. The museum was beautiful, and everything was well organized from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend both the museum and Viator for anyone planning a trip to Paris.

Do Not But Advance Tickets for This Museum

It did not help us to have purchased advanced tickets with out a time slot. We were stuck in the line for people without advance tickets. The wait was over 2 hours. We never got into the museum. Do not recommend purchasing in advance as there was not a benefit.

Response from the operator: "Dear cathydJ3576GY, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the long wait you experienced during your visit. Upon reviewing your booking, we identified that the ticket purchased was a flexible entry ticket. Along with your tickets, we had also shared a time-slot reservation voucher intended to enhance your experience by helping you access the museum with a reserved entry time and skip-the-line benefit. For a smoother experience, we truly wish you had reached out to us at the time, as our support team would have been happy to assist you again with the tickets and reservation voucher details to help facilitate your visit. Thank you for your understanding and valuable feedback."

Total scam

Totally misleading. Paid $57 to stand in line with everyone else. This company sends a voucher and calls it a ticket. You stand in line for two hours with your voucher to redeem your ticket which you could have gotten directly from the museum

Response from the operator: Dear Ann S, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the waiting time you experienced during your visit. During peak periods, queues at the Museum can be significant, and tickets are often sold out well in advance. We would like to clarify that we have provided is an official flexible entry ticket issued by the museum, which allows entry at any time during operating hours. For guests who prefer a specific time slot and a smoother entry experience, we do offer assistance with reserving timed entry slots. This information is shared along with the ticket details, and our team is always available to help arrange this in advance upon request.

Musée de l'Orangerie Paris Entry ticket with Audio Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.

How much does Musée de l'Orangerie Paris Entry ticket with Audio Tour cost?

+

Prices start at $6 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Musée de l'Orangerie Paris Entry ticket with Audio Tour take?

+

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.

Is Musée de l'Orangerie Paris Entry ticket with Audio Tour worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 40 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.3/5 across 44 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable culture & history in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Musée de l'Orangerie Paris Entry ticket with Audio Tour?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Musée de l'Orangerie Paris Entry ticket with Audio Tour suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Musée de l'Orangerie Paris Entry ticket with Audio Tour?

+

Around 15 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Musée de l'Orangerie Paris Entry ticket with Audio Tour start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Paris?

+

Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Paris?

+

April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Paris?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
