We had an amazing time in Eagle's Nest and Salzburg, exceeding all our expectations! Our guide/driver Peter was fantastic, super friendly and accommodating. He really made our trip special. My husband even managed to do a live BBC radio interview about the recent Nepal flash flood. We highly recommend this company!

Eagles nest and Salzburg
He as a little late for pickup the road near our hotel was closedown and he didn’t know the other way to come in. Missed the exit to eagles nest and cost us 35 minutes delay. We missed our prepaid bus up to the top and had to beg another tour operator to see if they could get us on another bus. It’s high season and all buses are sold ou so we only got on because someone didn’t show up. He knew our tickets were specific times and we left with time to spare but a missed exit cost us. He said he knew were he was going and we even pointed out what we thought was eagles nest to the righof us and he said that was not it so we keep going. From there we went to Salzburg he got us there no problem but no one advised him that they close the main roads to the old time during the day so no cars can get in. So we drove in circles to find a way in. This should have been told to him by his boss. He did not know where the abbey was or anything else of importance that we wanted to see. That trip was a waste of time. He was a pleasant enough guide but should know how to get around the areas that he is taking people. I know he was not a tour guide but he should be more informed on how to get to the main attractions of the towns he is traveling to.

Beware of this tour!
This tour was advertised as transport with AC. The AC broke for over an hour in 30 degrees and our driver would not open the window. We made contact with the company and they refused a refund. We would unfortunately not recommend.

We are genuinely sorry that the air conditioning did not perform as expected during part of your return journey. After reviewing the trip with our driver, we confirmed that the air conditioning was functioning perfectly for the vast majority of the day. During the drive back to Munich, while the vehicle was stuck in heavy traffic on an exceptionally hot day, the system temporarily struggled due to the standstill heat for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this was an unexpected mechanical issue that could not have been safely diagnosed or repaired while driving on the highway. We completely understand that this was inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for the discomfort. However, the trip itself was completed in full as advertised, including both the Eagle's Nest and Salzburg, with all planned stops and experiences provided. For that reason, we were unable to approve a refund for the entire tour. As a gesture of goodwill to make up for the temporary inconvenience, we did offer a discount on future experiences. We take guest comfort seriously, and the vehicle has since been checked to ensure the air conditioning is operating correctly.
