A unique experience
All parts of this tour were excellent. Our family were the only ones who booked for our day, so we basically got a private tour. Our guide (Shin) was great, and it was good to get away from the typical “touristy” stuff. The lunch was especially good and the wasabi farm was a unique experience. Even my son the picky eater liked eating the super-fresh wasabi. The only bad part was trying to find the guide in the super-crowded Tokyo station. although it probably would have been easier if we could read the Japanese Station signs. Would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a unique Japan experience.

An opportunity to experience the history and art of Mt. Fuji
Riding a Hokusai train to take in a scenery of regional Japan while looking at the very same Mt. Fuji that Ukiyoe artists once saw was a rare and special experience for me. Shizuoka Hongu Senngen Shrine and Shiraito Waterfall might be a bit off the beaten path so there were fewer tourists. We could enjoy our visit at a peaceful and relaxed pace. Wasabi farm was also a precious farm visit opportunity for me.

Great and unique experience with rich view of Mr. Fuji
Taking the specially designed train with Hokusai pictures was a very unique experience and also we were able to Mt. Fuji from the various angles and really enjoyed the view. We learned more about Mt. Fuji at the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Center, Shizuoka. The big shrine near the center was enormous with rich history. Visiting a Wasabi farm was another unique experience. We learned a lot about growing Wasabi and had a chance to grate it and ate it in a Japanese style room. Taking bullet trains round trip was very efficient and comfortable. This tour became a memorable thing. We would recommend this tour to the visitors from outside Japan.

Wonderful experience!
What left the deepest impression on me was the special train arranged exclusively for our tour group after we alighted from the Shinkansen at Mishima Station. We had a wonderful time on that special train as it travelled through the foothills of Mount Fuji. Experiencing Mount Fuji from the Shizuoka side, including the Mt. Fuji World Heritage Centre and Shiraito Falls, was truly special. The authentic wasabi we sampled at the wasabi farm we visited was so delicious that it completely changed my perception of wasabi. I think this is an excellent tour for anyone looking for a unique experience of Mount Fuji.
