Highly recommend
We had an incredible private Mt. Fuji tour with Toshi-san, and I highly recommend him! From start to finish, he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and passionate about sharing the history, culture, and beauty of Mt. Fuji and the surrounding areas. He answered all of our questions and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. What made the experience even more special was how thoughtful Toshi-san was with our family. He took our two young children into consideration when planning the day, making sure the itinerary was enjoyable and manageable for them. He was incredibly pleasant, kind, and patient in all of his interactions with them, which made us feel relaxed and able to fully enjoy the tour as parents. A special thank you to our driver as well, who was kind, friendly, and especially wonderful with our two young children. Traveling with kids can sometimes be challenging, but he made the journey comfortable and enjoyable for our entire family. We were fortunate to have beautiful views of Mt. Fuji, and every stop along the way was memorable. The scenery, local experiences, and overall itinerary exceeded our expectations. Every experience was amazing and absolutely worth it. Thank you, Toshi-san, for an unforgettable experience. We would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Japan. If you're looking for a knowledgeable guide who genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for every member of your family, Toshi-san is the perfect choice.

Full day Mt Fuji tour
We had the full day Mt Fuji tour with Yuki. It was a fantastic experience taking us from shrines to the wasabi farm, a lovely lunch with our host followed by saki tasting and then on up to Station 5 on Mt Fuji. We were lucky enough to have the top of Fuji peek out of the clouds for us to get some great photos. The vehicle was super comfy and perfect for the three of us. Yuki was a great guide and gave us so much interesting information on the way. Highly recommended tour.

We're especially glad you were able to catch a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji! We hope to welcome you again on another tour in Japan!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our guide, Yuki! He made our trip to Mt. Fuji and the Wasabi Farm unforgettable. Yuki was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, sharing fascinating information about the history, culture, and local area throughout the tour. His enthusiasm and passion made every stop more enjoyable, and he went above and beyond to ensure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. The views of Mt. Fuji were spectacular, and the visit to the wasabi farm was a unique and memorable experience that we would have never appreciated as much without Yuki’s expert guidance. If you’re looking for a guide who is personable, informative, and genuinely cares about providing an exceptional experience, we highly recommend Yuki. Thank you for helping create such amazing memories of Japan! We would gladly tour with him again. 😊🇯🇵🗻

My Fuji and more
Magical Trip and Yuki were great. They were accommodating to our needs. Yuki was enthusiastic and informative. He taught us much about the history and culture. He got our kids engaged and enjoy the conversations. Having a private vehicle was great. We got to go where tour buses could not and had the flexibility for pit stops if required. All of us were comfortable and liked that the tour was not crowded. We will book Magical Trip and Yuki again.

Why this scores 77
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Mt. Fuji Private Day Tour: Wasabi Farm, Nature & Scenic Views: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tokyo.
How much does Mt. Fuji Private Day Tour: Wasabi Farm, Nature & Scenic Views cost?
+
Prices start at $12500 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tokyo usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Mt. Fuji Private Day Tour: Wasabi Farm, Nature & Scenic Views take?
+
Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tokyo is not rushed.
Is Mt. Fuji Private Day Tour: Wasabi Farm, Nature & Scenic Views worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 77 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 32 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tokyo, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Mt. Fuji Private Day Tour: Wasabi Farm, Nature & Scenic Views?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Mt. Fuji Private Day Tour: Wasabi Farm, Nature & Scenic Views suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Mt. Fuji Private Day Tour: Wasabi Farm, Nature & Scenic Views?
+
Around 11 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tokyo can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tokyo and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Mt. Fuji Private Day Tour: Wasabi Farm, Nature & Scenic Views start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tokyo within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tokyo?
+
Tokyo is less a city than a stack of neighborhoods with completely different opening hours. A guided food crawl through Shinjuku's Omoide Yokocho gets you past the no-tourist curtains, while the day trips west to Hakone and Fuji need an early start to be worth the fare. Our ranking weighs guide quality heavily here, because in Tokyo the guide is the product. On Outty we rank every Tokyo experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tokyo Shinjuku Chopsticks Making Class, Tokyo : Asakusa Chopsticks Making Class, Shinjuku Night Food and Bar Crawl. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tokyo?
+
Late March to May for blossom, October to November for clear Fuji views. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tokyo?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
