What you get

    About this experience

Chamber music concert performed by the "Mozart Ensemble"- Piano Trio. As a piano trio, the Mozart Ensemble plays the most famous works written by Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Chopin and many other famous composers. Piano works, solo pieces for violin and cello combined with great piano trios, are performed in a virtuoso manner. A special highlight of our new concert series is the finale with Haydn’s piano trio “Rondo all’ Ongarese” and Schubert’s trio op. 100. We play in the oldest concert hall in Vienna, the "Sala Terrena" where Mozart himself played.

    Beautiful music performed...

Beautiful music performed in an intimate, historic setting. The artists were not only talented musically but were congenial so we enjoyed our evening with them.

    The concert was...

The concert was outstanding. The instructions to find the event were not good. We were 40 minutes early and barely made it with only 5 minutes to spare and had to settle for the only seats available in our class as we were essentially late. We were not the only people that struggled to find the actual venue.

    Disaster

First, the room was beautiful!! But, if you are even a little bit into classical music, you shouldn't pay 69 euros per person to go here. There are so many beautiful concerts you could go to for the same price which you would enjoy. The musicians had little to zero feeling for musicality and it was off-key at least 45 percent of the concert. Though the musicians seemed nice people, but not worthy to pay so much for such a musical disaster.

Don’t take an Uber to the other side of town and back it’s just round the corner

I don’t usually write anything helpful here but WAIT! The concert does not take place in the Mozart house museum. It would have been helpful for the museum to put some useful directions but ah well! I am sure there are snobs who don’t appreciate this but for the casual traveller this is money well spent. N the room Mozart played in, theee musicians playing a varied programme. Helpful staff and you can get a drink at half time (not sure they called it that). Can’t beat a bit of Saint-Sens

Excellent musicianship. Great show. Intimate. Played the “highlights” of composers.

Mozarthaus Concert in Vienna - Piano Trio: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Vienna.

How much does Mozarthaus Concert in Vienna - Piano Trio cost?

    +

Prices start at $42 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Vienna usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Mozarthaus Concert in Vienna - Piano Trio take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Vienna is not rushed.

Is Mozarthaus Concert in Vienna - Piano Trio worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 49 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Vienna, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Mozarthaus Concert in Vienna - Piano Trio?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Mozarthaus Concert in Vienna - Piano Trio suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Mozarthaus Concert in Vienna - Piano Trio?

    +

Around 17 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Vienna can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Vienna and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Mozarthaus Concert in Vienna - Piano Trio start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Vienna within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Vienna?

    +

On Outty we rank every Vienna experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Authentic Vienna Food Tour inc. lunch, street food, 3 drinks, Vienna Food Tour: Coffeehouses, Markets, Lunch & Street Food, Budapest Small-Group Day Trip from Vienna. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Vienna?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Vienna?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
