Great show. The ticket...

Great show. The ticket included a diene river cruise. It said you could use whenever you liked. It never mentioned it could only be from the day after the Moulin Rouge show so we were unable to do it as we left the next morning. Found it very hard to try to communicate this to anyone on Viator. So &900 ish dollars was a lot of money to spend on one show.

So convenient!

Wonderful experience, everything was made so convenient! Bus drive back after the show was an extra sight seeing bonus! Loved it, 100% recommend. Still have our tickets for the boat, looking forward to it!

Response from the operator: Dear Jaclyn, Thank you so much for your comment! We are delighted to know that you enjoyed the show at the Moulin Rouge, including the drop-off service we offered! We hope you will enjoy the cruise as much as the rest! Kind regards, Extime Travel (formerly Paris City Vision)

A must see while in Paris! The costumes, acts and choreography were absolutely amazing. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but it exceeded anything I could have imagined.

This is not a guided tour at all! Did not learn anything about the moulin rouge

There is a dress code! It was so hot in Paris, we arrived in shorts and was told ny the operator that our legs had to be covered. Nothing on the description advised this and we were sent to a souvenir store to buy pants for everyone in our party. $150.00 Euros to biy pants!! After I paid close to $1000.00 for three tickets. We ran back to the theatre and then they checked our backpacks and we were told to throw away all of our water bottles only to be told that we had to check our bags. Why did we have to remove our water if our bags had to be checked anyway? Then we were seated in the very back row and our view of the stage was partially obstructed ny a column in the room. My family did not enjoy their time. Please add to this description that legs must be covered, no water bottles are allowed and backpacks must be checked in!

Response from the operator: Dear Janet, Thank you for your comment. We are very sorry that your experience was not to your satisfaction and for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you. However, we would like to clarify that the dress code is correctly stated in the description. Unfortunately, there are aspects beyond our control, such as the weather or the rules imposed by the venue itself, which are regulations we must follow. Regarding the other issues you mentioned, we have taken note of them and will investigate what happened. We hope that the rest of your evening was enjoyable. Kind regards, Extime Travel (formerly Paris City Vision)

Blocked views!

The show is fabulous! However, when you book with Viator you sit in a section with blocked views. I had to tip the usher to change our seats so we could even see the stage.

Response from the operator: Dear Lisa, Thank you for your comment. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the show. However, we are sorry that the seating location did not meet your expectations. Seat allocation depends on venue availability and the conditions set by the supplier, but we understand how important good visibility is. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve the experience for our customers. Kind regards, Extime Travel (formerly Paris City Vision)

Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Paris.

How much does Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket cost?

+

Prices start at $165 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Paris usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket take?

+

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Paris is not rushed.

Is Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 50 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 334 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Paris, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket?

+

Around 117 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Paris can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Paris and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Moulin Rouge Show with Champagne and Seine River Cruise Ticket start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Paris within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Paris?

+

Paris rewards travelers who book ahead. The headline museums sell timed entry weeks out, the best food walks cap at eight people, and the Seine cruises that are worth doing are the ones that leave after sunset. Everything below is scored by the Outty Ranking so you can tell a genuine local favorite from a coach-tour filler in a single glance. On Outty we rank every Paris experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Louvre Museum Essential Guided Tour Semi Private 6 GUESTS MAX, Louvre Museum Premium Guided Tour 6 GUESTS MAX Entry Included, Paris City Center Free Walking Tour (Tip-Based). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Paris?

+

April to June and September to October, when queues thin out and terraces stay open late. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Paris?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
