Konjic Bridge
Morning ride will take us through interesting suburbs of Sarajevo and areas of central Bosnia until we pass Ivan mountain and enter Herzegovina region. As soon as in Herzegovina, we’ll start descending, as region of Herzegovina is generally on lower altitudes and is totally different climate, so you’ll notice dramatic natural environment change. First stop of the day is short visit to old part of Konjic town. Unique, prehistorically inhabited, famous for 17th century 6-arch Old Bridge, looming over turquoise Neretva river, usually very sunny place, is day’s perfect start. Standing at WW2’s last day, during the Nazi withdrawal, destroyed bridge, we learn the story of the “monument to human stupidity”, mystery of Tito’s Bunker, famousness of white water rafting at upper Neretva region and glacier Boracko Lake, and few other stories before we continue our way.

Jablanica
Ride continues by passing large, dammed but very beautiful Jablaničko lake, with short stop at Jablanica where we learn WW2 story of “Neretva Battle” and “sniff” into the way how our greatest delicacy, famous roasted lamb on the spit is made. Views of Jablaničko lake and regions of Prenj mountain are simply breathtaking and will make you wanna stop and breathe those in.

Kravice Falls
Some 40 km from Mostar and around 20 km from Pocitelj, Trebižat River plummets in a 28 m-high arc, creating a mesmerizing natural and 120-meter-wide water amphitheater known as Kravice Waterfall. These captivating waterfalls trapped in lush greenery are a perfect setting for everyone looking for an escape into intact nature. For those of you who are into swimming and pedaling or simply enjoying one of the most photogenic Disney-like settings, which have its charm no matter the season of the year you are visiting, Kravica Waterfall is an absolute must additional stop.

The historic urban site of Pocitelj
As soon as stomach is full and we got deserved rest we continue towards Dubrovnik where our next stop – Počitelj. Stunningly nested above Neretva river, visit to Počitelj (“Počivati” – Bos.”to rest in peace”), easy uphill, one hour long walking activity, accompanied with a stories of town’s development and strategic importance during its 600+ year long written history and visit to most important sites such as Hajji Alija Mosque, Clock Tower and Gavrankapetanović tower, IS A MUST, for anyone passing through or near Herzegovina region. Unique, medieval, Ottoman era glorified, present day Ottoman-Mediterranean style “architectured” fortress – town Počitelj, is one of the very few urban ensembles in Bosnia and Herzegovina preserved in their integrity to the present times.

Blagaj tekija
Blagaj is home to Blagaj Tekke – Dervish house, dating most likely pre or early Ottoman era from early 16th century, as unique sacral-residential example of Islamic architecture in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Visiting this complex and learning more about Dervish life in Herzegovina as important part of our history is, MUST DO. For Muslim travellers “Tekija” is place where prayers are hosted 5 times a day and can be attended if wanted.

Blagaj
Blagaj town is home to Buna river spring – Europe’s most beautiful, most powerful, clean and drinkable karst river spring, settled beneath few hundred meters high rock. Water comes out of quite large but stunningly deep cave, which springs amazing 43 cubic meters of water per second. Can you imagine this? In Blagaj, it is time for lunch. Due to its famous and captivating Buna river, the most important thing to taste in Blagaj today is local trout. That is why we don’t leave the place before we offer our guests to try locally prepared trout on “Blagaj Way”, enjoying amazing scenery of Buna river spring and Dervish house next to it. Vegetarians don’t worry, we have solutions for you as well Lunch is not included in the price, so plan some 8 to 10 EUR extra for the lunch.

Old Bridge Area of the Old City of Mostar
Then we continue through some really amazing parts of Neretva river canyon, telling the unique stories of Herzegovina, before we arrive to our second and most important stop of the day – Mostar. As soon as we arrive to Mostar we’ll start our 2 hour walking tour which will cover most important sites and locations in Mostar. Our focus will Mostar’s Old Bridge, Old Bazaar and Old Town, but offer stories of Mostar’s uniqueness, in regard to historical and cultural diversity. Story of Mostar will be about the Bridge, it’s rise and fall, and how it had risen again. You will learn about Siege of Mostar, about why it is called Mostar, about “Mostarians”. We recreate Mostar for you and with you. In Mostar, if preferred, we give our guests free time to explore on their own as we simply do not like to “hold a candle all the way”.

Absolutely fantastic tour with Zlatan, our Funky Tours guide
Absolutely fantastic tour with Funky Tours! Zlatan was an outstanding guide: knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to look after my less-abled mother, even personally picking us up from the bottom of the hill at Kravica Falls when the transfer train stopped operating. His kindness and thoughtfulness made a real difference to our experience. The tour itself was brilliant, with beautiful sights and a great atmosphere throughout. Highly recommend this tour and especially Zlatan. He’s a credit to the company!

An Unforgettable Day Exploring Bosnia & Herzegovina!
This tour was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We visited so many beautiful places, including Mostar, Konjic, Blagaj, Počitelj, and Kravica Waterfall, and every stop had something special to offer. Mostar was breathtaking, with its iconic Old Bridge and charming old town. Konjic, Blagaj, and Počitelj were equally fascinating, each offering a unique mix of history, culture, and incredible scenery. And Kravica Waterfall was simply spectacular—a perfect highlight of the day! The whole experience was well organized, enjoyable, and full of unforgettable views and memories. It was a wonderful way to discover the beauty and history of Bosnia and Herzegovina in one day. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Sarajevo! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would definitely do this tour again!

Fantastic Day Trip
This was a wonderful day trip to Mostar and back from Sarajevo I wish I had stayed at mossar one night it was a beautiful city our tour guide Lejla was wonderful with history geography and spoke fluent English and made our trip very enjoyable every stop we made was fantastic I highly recommend this Cruise

Awful Experience
Can you imagine driving around the balkans in a small and dirty van from 8 am to 8 pm with no AC in the middle of September when the weather is between 25 and 30 degrees celsius??? So this is what you are signing up for when you book this tour. This company only cares about money, they dont respect the tourists enough to be honest about the condition of the van that is used for the tour. They proceeded with the tour even tough the CAR HAD NO working AC, only 1 working window, one seat also didnt have a working seatbelt (EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN IT SEEMS) the driver/ guide knew the AC was not working and didn't say anything until we were in the middle of nowhere and the temperature was unbearable. Its worth nothing they wanted to make it seem like this was unexpexted and sudden which is a lie as they already knew at least from the previous day all that was wrong with the car and they simply didnt care. It is their responsability to have a functioning tour car and THEY DIDNT HAVE ONE. Dina was a good guide and she seems like a good and educated person and treated us well but she didnt say anything about the AC until there was no turning back to Sarajevo, she knew the AC wasnt working because she kept the only window that worked in the van opened almost the entire trip since we got in the van (which was super annoying as the whole air was blowing in my face for hours) I complained and she apologized and said she couldnt close the window as she was trying to regulate the temperature of the car, still didnt say anything about the AC, at some point she said that the previous day the AC was also not working so THEY KNEW AND DIDNT CARE enough to have it fixed for our tour on SEPTEMBER 18, 2026. There were 4 other people in the van, (its not a bus nor a sprinter its a mercedes van, rather small and dirty) everybody was suffering inside the car, the couple in the last row were suffocating and feeling dizzy due to the heat, at some point the couple demanded the AC to be turned on or to stop the car as the heat was unbearable, the only solution the driver provided was to switch sweats with a passenger in the front row (there were 3 rows, if you were in the first row you sat next to the driver). Once the driver stopped and one person switched to the front there was a lot of yelling between the driver and one of the passengers as they wanted to open a window but the window didnt work. I will be contacting VIATOR for a refund. Also worth noting, almost the entire road is 1 line in each way so the driver kept trying to surpass cars by invading the other line at all times (which I can understand at certain situations) but this was constant, the driver was constantly speeding and driving at speeds of 130km/h to 140km/h which felt super dangerous, I was worried the whole trip that we were going to have an accident. Its also worth nothing that Dina fixed the AC while we were on our free time in Mostar and the last 2 hrs the AC ended up working but by night the temperature was not as hot as it was when the AC was not working (when it was TRULY NEEDED). They also switched pick up times the day of the tour and ended up picking us up 22 minutes before the agreed time which was super annoying as we couldnt have breakfast at our hotel due to this. The only positives are that they picked us up at the entrance of our hotel and dropped us there at the end as well. Dina overall was a nice guide and they do give you a lot of free time to explore Mostar. This tour was by no means cheap, it was rather expensive, and the bad experience we had was definitely not worth it, I will be asking for a refund as the treatment and lack of respect for our lives and well being is unacceptable, this is the worst tour I have ever taken in my life (and im a well traveled person, been to over 40 countries and countless tours) we had options for tours but unfortunately made a wrong choice by choosing this company. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. If however you end up choosing this company before you board the car please make sure you confirm the AC is working as they wont tell you.
