Wonderful First Hammam & Massage Experience at Free People Riad
This was my first time ever having both a traditional hammam bath and a Kino massage, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The hammam was relaxing and refreshing. At one point, I honestly felt like a 5-year-old being lovingly cared for the attendant guided me through the process, gave me a thorough scrub, and then rinsed me with warm water from head to toe. The heat and steam helped relax my muscles and soften my skin, and the exfoliation left me feeling incredibly clean and renewed. The Kino massage afterward was slow, grounding, and deeply calming, releasing tension and leaving my body feeling relaxed and balanced. After the spa treatments, we enjoyed traditional soup and pastilla, which were delicious and comforting a perfect way to round out the experience. The riad itself felt cozy, very clean, and welcoming, and what truly stood out was the hospitality: the owner personally greeted us and made us feel at home, adding a warm, personal touch. The next morning, we also had breakfast, which was fresh, satisfying, and beautifully prepared, completing a wonderful stay. Overall: a peaceful and restorative experience. I would absolutely recommend Free People Riad for anyone looking for an authentic hammam and massage in a warm, welcoming setting.

My favorite riad in Marrakech
Free People Riad is one of the best values and experiences I have had in Morocco. I have gone there as a solo traveler, for business, with tours, and I have sent clients there as well. I know it is not just me loving the experience, because it also gets rave reviews from clients for the attention to detail. The multilingual staff is warm and personable, and will do anything to make your stay better than you could imagine. (They speak English, French, Spanish and more.) The riad is in a fantastic location where it is accessible to walk almost everywhere, yet at night it is much more quiet and peaceful than many riads I have stayed at previously. The beds are so comfortable too. I have also done many activities at the riad and can assure you they are well worth trying for yourself. The hamman is an incredible private experience, which is located on the beautiful rooftop. There is a henna and tea experience where you can dress up in beautiful kaftans and learn about making tea, get henna and enjoy some snacks that is a lot of fun. For a more unique experience for dinner, there is an Al-Andalus dinner. This is a great value and since it not one of the huge dinner shows, you feel like it is a private experience made just for you. Having done a lot of dinners and shows, I think this makes a huge difference. On the note of food, the food is incredible and I wish I could take it home with me. It's all fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned, and so healthy. I absolutely recommend giving it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Moroccan & Spanish Gastronomy Experience in Marrakech: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does Moroccan & Spanish Gastronomy Experience in Marrakech cost?
+
Prices start at €35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Moroccan & Spanish Gastronomy Experience in Marrakech take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is Moroccan & Spanish Gastronomy Experience in Marrakech worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Moroccan & Spanish Gastronomy Experience in Marrakech?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Moroccan & Spanish Gastronomy Experience in Marrakech suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Moroccan & Spanish Gastronomy Experience in Marrakech?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Moroccan & Spanish Gastronomy Experience in Marrakech start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Marrakech: 1 Day Tour-Best of Atlas Mountains and Three Valleys, 3 Days Merzouga Desert Tour from Marrakech with Luxury Camp, Marrakech: Atlas Mountains, Ourika Valley, Waterfall + Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
What is included in Moroccan & Spanish Gastronomy Experience in Marrakech?
+
Included: Kaftans to wear during dinner; Enjoy and learn new moves with Moroccan music and Spanish flamenco; and 3 Course Gourmet Spanish & Moroccan menu. Always check the voucher for the final list before you travel.
