Only available if you book the Ecolodge Accommodation through them too.
Despite the ad on Viator, this non refundable transfer is no longer offered, unless you book accomodation with EcoLodge. I had previously tried to contact the lodge with questions before booking and they did not get back to me to confirm. I then booked this transfer and tried to contact them about the pickup point. I booked another hotel so didn’t want to pay another $150USD for their accomodation. The agent eventually got back to me with those details. I then contacted Viator to find out about the supplier cancelling. I was told it’s non refundable. Viator tried to contact the agent to see about a refund but could not get through. I went into my hotel reception And they called the agent for me and arranged a different limousine which wasn’t as nice and was more expensive than this one. My hotel reception spoke to the agent and they were told that it would be refunded. I did get my money back, but would have preferred to travel as per my booking and not had to have the stress of sorting this refund out while on holidays.

An excellent experience with our transfer from Hanoi to Mai Chau
We had a fantastic transfer from Hanoi to Mai Chau. The driver was very professional and a safe driver. There was excellent communication to confirm the pickup time & location the day before our transfer. The driver was also very kind to a passenger who became ill during the trip. The bus was clean and comfortable. This was a really good experience for us as we had recently travelled up to Ha Giang with another company where this was not good! I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

How far in advance should I book Morning Limousine Transfer Hanoi to Mai Chau 5 hours from Hanoi Old Quarter?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Hanoi can sell out a month out. What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Hanoi and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

What are the best things to do in Hanoi?
+
On Outty we rank every Hanoi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ninh Binh Day Trip from Hanoi with Tam Coc or Trang An & Mua Cave, Ha Giang Loop Tour 4 Days 3 Nights with Ha Giang Vision Tour, Halong Bay Day Tour With Titop Island, Cave, Kayak & Lunch. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Hanoi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Hanoi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
