Amazing Experience!

It was more than I expected!! , they offer transfer service , the farm is beautiful , you can see that there are many people behind helping with the good organization of utensils and mise en place, the inputs were of very good quality; as much as everything from the farm, I also liked that each participant has a list where you will mark the type of soup , curry, pad tai and cook the dishes of your choice , Our Instructor a Genius! Pat was very nice and friendly ! , we did this activity on June 11th 24th , in the afternoon with my partner , we were both more than satisfied with this experience, it was a more than accurate decision to do it in the first days of our trip since we learned a lot about the spiciest dishes, since in restaurants they do not explain So do not hesitate, this activity is Super Recommended !

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience at the Morning Cooking Class in Chiang Mai! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the beautiful farm, the well-organized setup, and the delicious dishes you created. It’s great to hear that Pat made your day even more special. Your kind recommendation truly means a lot to us. We’re so happy you left with great memories and new cooking skills. We hope to welcome you again on your next adventure! Best regards, Oh-Hoo Team

Pick up never happened

The transfer pick up never happened. I was waiting for one hour…Luckily the cooking school ordered me a taxi and even paid for the transfer

Response from the operator: Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the missed transfer pickup. We understand how frustrating it must have been to wait for an hour without any communication. We're grateful to hear that the cooking school stepped in to help, but this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We will investigate the issue with our transport team to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate your patience in this matter. Best regards, Oh-Hoo Team

Wonderful food and beautiful garden setting

This cooking class was excellent! The transportation was great and the setting was beautiful. Many opportunities for beautiful pictures in the garden and chicken coop! The cooking station was outside but the fans helped keep us comfortable. We cooked 3 amazing dishes and had options on what protein and type of curry we wanted. The food was all very fresh and high quality. Come hungry because the portions are big! Kiki, our instructor, spoke excellent English and was very sweet and fun. I highly recommend!

Response from the operator: Dear monicalC2178YP, Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the garden's beauty, the comfort of our outdoor cooking station, and the delicious dishes you've prepared. Your commendations about Kiki's instruction skills and the quality of our food make us incredibly proud. We make sure to select the freshest ingredients and offer ample choices, and we're glad you appreciated this. We also hope your pictures from the garden and chicken coop serve as beautiful reminders of your experience. Your feedback fuels our passion to provide the best experience for all of our guests. We look forward to welcoming you back to our little slice of paradise here in Chiang Mai. Thank you again! Warm regards,

Best cooking class - learning, fun and delicious food

If we could give this activity 10 Stars we would! Everything was well organized and on time. The driver was friendly, the location was wonderful. You will learn about the ingrediendients on the farm, and taste the organic vegetables before cooking. The farm is beautiful. The best was our cooking Chef Bea (?). She is a great, lovely teacher with good humour! She made the experience very enjoyable and funny and we learned how to Cook real tradicional Thai soup, curries and sticky rice! There is a lot of organization behind the scenes and we can only thank the whole team for giving us that wonderful experience!

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Chiang Mai.

How much does Morning Cooking Class in Traditional Pavilion with Beautiful Garden - Chiang Mai cost?

+

How long does Morning Cooking Class in Traditional Pavilion with Beautiful Garden - Chiang Mai take?

+

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Chiang Mai is not rushed.

Is Morning Cooking Class in Traditional Pavilion with Beautiful Garden - Chiang Mai worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Chiang Mai, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Morning Cooking Class in Traditional Pavilion with Beautiful Garden - Chiang Mai?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Morning Cooking Class in Traditional Pavilion with Beautiful Garden - Chiang Mai suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 16. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Morning Cooking Class in Traditional Pavilion with Beautiful Garden - Chiang Mai?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Chiang Mai can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Chiang Mai and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Morning Cooking Class in Traditional Pavilion with Beautiful Garden - Chiang Mai start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Chiang Mai within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Chiang Mai?

+

On Outty we rank every Chiang Mai experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Half-Day Thai Cooking Class at Organic Farm in Chiang Mai, Full Day Thai Cooking at Farm (Chiang Mai), Thai and Akha Cooking Class in Chiang Mai. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Chiang Mai?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Chiang Mai?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
