What you'll see and do
Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park
Your guide would take you to see the beautiful iconic buttes, spires and mesas that have made Monument Valley famous on part of the 17 mile loop drive. We would then go to the back country restricted areas of the Tribal Park to stand beneath the natural arches, amp theaters and get right up close to the Anasazi petroglyphs. Our guides are so kind and would explain the traditional meanings of each location, history, and culture while answering any question that you might think of. Navajo Spirit Tours does not shy away from some of the spiritual topics that you might not hear about on a regular day. We do try our best in the short amount of time that we have with each of our guests to teach as much as we can while you are here. We do look forward to meeting you!

Amazing areas only seen in tour group
What an absolutely amazing way to see monument of the valley . Our guide was entertaining and knowledgeable. So much more to see than what the public has access to . Highly recommend

Great time! Great guide! Highly recommend
It was a wonderful experience! Our guide had a lot of stories and really took his time answering questions and talking a lot about the culture and their beliefs and the way of life way back in the day on these lands.

Exceptional experience
Will Cowboy was an amazing guide. His knowledge of all that we saw (and beyond what we could see) was so informative and interesting. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and gave us enough time at each stop to capture the moment and explore a little. We also enjoyed the handmade jewellery stalls and the Navajo fried bread at the second stop. The whole trip felt like a really personal experience and left us with even more respect for the land and the people. We highly recommend this tour.

Monument Valley Group Tour - 3 Hours - Navajo Spirit Tours: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Monument Valley.
How much does Monument Valley Group Tour - 3 Hours - Navajo Spirit Tours cost?
+
Prices start at $85 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Monument Valley usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Monument Valley Group Tour - 3 Hours - Navajo Spirit Tours take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Monument Valley is not rushed.
Is Monument Valley Group Tour - 3 Hours - Navajo Spirit Tours worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 88 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 718 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Monument Valley, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Monument Valley Group Tour - 3 Hours - Navajo Spirit Tours?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Monument Valley Group Tour - 3 Hours - Navajo Spirit Tours suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Monument Valley Group Tour - 3 Hours - Navajo Spirit Tours?
+
Around 251 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Monument Valley can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Monument Valley and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Monument Valley Group Tour - 3 Hours - Navajo Spirit Tours start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Monument Valley within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Monument Valley?
+
Monument Valley is only fully accessible with Navajo guides: backcountry 4x4 tours into restricted areas, sunrise and sunset photo runs, horseback rides and cultural storytelling. On Outty we rank every Monument Valley experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 3 Hour Monument Valley Tour, 2.5 Hours of Monument Valley's Backcountry 4×4 Tour, Monument Valley Extended Backcountry Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Monument Valley?
+
April to May and September to October for mild temperatures. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Monument Valley?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
