Zipliiiiiine

This was very cool. The operators were so kind and helpful. The experience itself was exhilarating and really neat. For those scared, they harness you in and gently set you off down the line. You don't have to actually step or jump off any platform on your own. It's still scary a bit, but you sit down and feel the cable holding you while you're still on the platform. That helps a ton. The walk up the stairs is probably the most nerve wracking part the first time. We did it twice!! It's an extra charge, but glad we got the video. Do you need it? No, but it's a fun way to see yourself a few times during the ride itself.

Mixed review

My kids adores the actual zip line experience itself (kids 13 and 11). I hated the experience to get signed up. A family group with at least 15 kids came up behind us and were served first. Really made things negative. Super lax on the waivers and even payment and receipt. It didn’t feel super professional, but rather, a bit dicey. In the end, the kids had fun!

A must-do activity, kids absolutely loved it

Amazing experience right from the start, with the exceptional energy from the greeter. We used our Passeport Montreal without any issues. There was no line when we went at 12pm on a Sunday of the long weekend which was super nice. We bought the videos in advance and had a bit of trouble downloading them, but went back and the staff were able to help us right away. The amazing staff made this even extra special, especially in comparison with Voiles en Voiles right next door.

Quick fun adventure

Booked the day before we went, much cheaper and easier then on-site. No wait for the experience. Staff super friendly. Great zipline for the 4 of us, added a fun adventure to the day of exploring Montreal.

Montreal Zipline Adventure: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Montreal.

How much does Montreal Zipline Adventure cost?

+

Prices start at $34 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Montreal usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Montreal Zipline Adventure take?

+

Plan for about 0.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Montreal is not rushed.

Is Montreal Zipline Adventure worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.4/5 across 217 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Montreal, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Montreal Zipline Adventure?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Montreal Zipline Adventure suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 0.5-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Montreal Zipline Adventure?

+

Around 76 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Montreal can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Montreal and add a light layer if any part of the 0.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Montreal Zipline Adventure start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Montreal within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Montreal?

+

On Outty we rank every Montreal experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Essential 101 Non-Touristy Walking Tour by Spade & Palacio, Old Montreal Walking Tour | Small Group (Max 10) | by MTL Detours, The Full-Day small-group comprehensive tour of Montreal. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Montreal?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Montreal?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
