Guide a no show
Aweful. Guide a no show. We were at the meeting place well in advance and the guide didn’t show. We were not given any name or direct contact info. We emailed to the address we had. No response until this very day. I have demanded a full refund. I also spent 40+ Eyros in cab fare to get there

Guide did not show up!
Our tour guide did not show up! The tour was scheduled at 2:30 and the ticket said to arrive 15 minutes early. We arrived at 2:15 and met another couple who had also signed up for the tour. By 2:45 there was no sign of our guide, no texts, no emails. We called an associated number but there was no answer. I communicated with Viator to get a refund but have not received any more communication. Very unprofessional.

Terrible experience
The guide never showed up. We were where we were supposed to be, 30 minutes ahead of time. Waited for an hour along with several others, but the guide didn’t show up. WE DESERVE A REFUND. After years of using Viator the was very disappointing!

Our tour guide was a no show . Very disappointing. I arrived about 45 mins before the scheduled time of 2.30 and waited together with other tourist . All efforts to contact the local tour company was unsuccessful. We waited for over 30mins after the scheduled time and still no guide showed up .

Admittedly we arrived 4 mins late (It took us over an hour to get to the netting point from the 7th arr. by taxi) and the tour had left. We immediately contacted our local guide to ask about catching up and was sent to vm. After trying several times and leaving multiple vm’’s, no response. And still no response after the fact. We then reached out to Viator who also tried to reach the local guide with no response. Sadly, we lost out on the tour and our money. This was our first time using Viator and I am very disappointed in the customer service.
