- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- If you have previous neck, back, heart, injuries or shoulder dislocations, are pregnant or wearing a hard cast - you will not be able to fly.
- In order to provide a safe experience for its customers and instructors, iFLY may not be able to accommodate flyers who weigh between 260-300 lbs and will not be able to accommodate flyers whose weight exceeds 300 lbs. Upon check in for flight reservations, additional evaluation by local staff will be required to determine if flyers between 260-300 lbs can be accommodated and whether additional restrictions may apply.

Outstanding Instructor and an Amazing Experience
We had an exceptional experience at iFLY thanks to our instructor, Ethan. I am an experienced flyer and brought my two grandsons, ages 10 and 12, so they could continue learning indoor skydiving. This was only their second time flying, and Ethan’s talent as an instructor was immediately apparent. We purchased five minutes of block time for each boy, divided into three sessions. By the end of their flights, Ethan had both boys maintaining a stable belly-neutral position and performing controlled turns. Their progress in such a short amount of time was remarkable. Ethan was patient, encouraging, professional, and extremely safety-conscious. He explained each technique in a way the boys could easily understand and adjusted his coaching to fit their individual needs. It was amazing to watch his instruction click with them and see their confidence and skills improve during every session. We were thoroughly impressed and plan to continue their training with Ethan. He is a gifted instructor and a tremendous asset to iFLY. I highly recommend requesting him, especially for younger or newer flyers.

They ripped us off
My wife and I came here a couple weeks ago. When we were done, we explained to out flight instructor that we wanted to get passes to bring each of our kids over the next few months. The instructor told us to buy a pass. We did. We booked for my daughter and came back with her. They informed us we had bought a pass that could only be used one time. We paid for 10 flights and got 3. They riipped us off. The General Manager Heidi said there was nothing she could do. They have a pass for 5 flights that does exactly what we needed. She could have reimbursed the purchase and then allowed us to buy that one. She could have let my daughter fly this time and given us 4 vouchers for our other children. She could have let my daughter fly and told us to just bring all of the other next time and cancelled the voucher on this one. There is a difference between a business and a business leader who thinks to solve issues and a business and leader that just says "there is nothing we can do" when they mess up. Heide and ifly Montgomery is the latter not the former.
