    Beyond my expectations

We were a group of 6 people, we booked a private tour from Dubrovnik to Kotor Budva. We didnt't know what to expect...but it turned out to be a wonderful day, in beautiful places, we had very good weather and we were able to cool off in the sea at Budva. As a gift and at the end of our tour Marko our guide took us to take a walk at Porto Montenegro, it was the finishing touch of an unforgettable day. Special mention to our guide, Marko, a very nice, professional and fun young man, had a lot of patience and was attentive every second with us, always helpful and taking care of every detail, everytime we returned to the bus he was waiting us with airco on.

    Montenegro

Just back from Montenegro. Picked up early this morning by lea travel representative. Amra guide bilingual. Very happy full of invaluable historic information on the road trip. We were kept at border control for a while. This is normal. She kept us all in good spirits. Lots of fun. The bus driver also very good telling us jokes etc whilst we waited. Then off to Kotor. Given excellent information and entry tickets and given time to explore the beautiful city of Kotor, the city that respects cats because of the plague. Branko the bus driver very patient waited for our group and always 😊 drove us to Budva. Stopping to let us TAKE PHOTOS. Then Budva. Historically beautiful and the high life of the marina. Lunch and the Company of Amra excellent. Willing all the time to answer questions and give information. I can not rate this enough. I am well travelled. Thankyou lea travel for an exceptional trip. Outstanding 100%satisfaction from start to finish. Very 😀😀😀. I shall return again and definitely travel AGAIN WITH 🧒. THANKYOU outstanding service

    Terrible driver and outdated bus

I just wanted to put a review for the tour of Montenegro and request a full refund because the whole experience was a disaster! Other passengers were also complaining that it was the worst tour they had and they will report this issue and ask for refunds as I am doing with you. To start off; they came to pick us up 45 minutes earlier than what our itinerary stated, which consequently led to us skipping our breakfast which we had already paid for. Additionally, as soon as we stepped into the small outdated bus, we felt the extreme heat inside with the smell of fumes. Ten minutes into the drive, we informed the driver and the tour guide about the heat being untolerable making it very difficult to breathe, but they both told us "the A/C is working" which was true for the front of the bus only. The entire back of the bus (behind the driver and tour guide) had no ventilation. All the passengers started to complain and feeling sick as there was still no ventilation inside the bus after 30 minutes. Although we have complained to the bus driver and the tour guide several times, they ignored the situation until two passengers including myself got up and expressed our frustration of the situation to the point my husband got sick with headache and nausea. Then the driver decided to push a button with a bad attitude which finally turned on the fan for the entire bus and was still a mild breeze. On top of all that, the bus was very small for a group of 15 people. The seats were way too small and uncomfortable. My seatbelt plus few other passenger were not functioning safely and the driver was very reckless in driving and was arrogant towards the tour guide and all the passengers. Everyone was shocked when the driver announced that he will not stop for bathroom and refreshment breaks throughout the entire trip going and coming back. Basically we were very hungry and thirsty by the time we got to Montenegro in a bad mood as a result. We have filmed and taken photos of the condition of the bus which was also extremely dirty and full of garbage. The ventilation covers were missing and there were wires hanging from the top. Inna suggest you to never tour with this touring company to as it is horrific. I am requesting a full refund and will post my review online.

Montenegro Coast Experience from Dubrovnik (private): questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.

How much does Montenegro Coast Experience from Dubrovnik (private) cost?

    +

Prices start at $473 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Montenegro Coast Experience from Dubrovnik (private) take?

    +

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.

Is Montenegro Coast Experience from Dubrovnik (private) worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Montenegro Coast Experience from Dubrovnik (private)?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Montenegro Coast Experience from Dubrovnik (private) suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Montenegro Coast Experience from Dubrovnik (private)?

    +

Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Montenegro Coast Experience from Dubrovnik (private) start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?

    +

On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
