Supberb day trip with excellent service.
Wow! What an amazing day trip from our hotel in Mlini. Everything was organised with Niksa in advance with excellent communication. Our guide was brilliant he arrived on time and took great care of us throughout the day always ensuring we knew where to meet and the car was always ready and waiting with the much needed air conditioning. Denis had fantastic local knowledge and history and explained everything to us with great humour and passion for his beautiful country. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this company they made our holiday extra special so thank you from all 4 of us!

Montenegro tour a must!
The Montenegro tour is a must if you are visiting Dubrovnik for a few days. We went the last week of June. The weather was warm and beautiful. The transportation was a new Mercedes Benz van. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable seated. Dennis, our tour guide, was absolutely enchanting! We learned the history and heard many stories from the area that were captivating that made the tour that much more interesting. Thankfully, we didn’t hit any traffic going to Kotor since we started at 7:30a. Coming back to Dubrovnik was also speedy. We absolutely loved this tour!

Amazing transport service
I highly recommend Dubrovnik transfer services. I am from NY contacted them by email and always got a prompt response from Sanda, even with the 6 hr time difference. We started with an airport pick up in Dubrovnik by Nick who was well dressed, helped us with our bags and told us a bit about Dubrovnik on the drive. We were staying inside the old town. I didn’t realize vehicles weren’t allowed inside. Nick already called our hotel and had the staff waiting with luggage carts outside the wall and they walked us to the hotel. The next day we had a private day trip to Montenegro. Sanda emailed me the name of my driver, time and meeting location. Our driver was Julia. She was not only just the driver she was better then a tour guide. She pointed out sites on the way and told us so much history. On the way back to Dubrovnik she took us to this restaurant along side a rolling brook the food people and atmosphere were amazing. The restaurant was Dvori Eco Green Restaurant. Julia was fantastic. On our third transport we were going from Dubrovnik to split a three hour drive. The day before sanda emailed with our drivers name meeting spot and time. Our driver was Zeljko. He helped us with our luggage since we were not returning to split. He pointed out certain areas on the 3 hr drive, also told us some history about the areas we passed through. Asked us if we needed to stop provided water was a responsible safe driver. All the vehicles were Mercedes vans which were clean roomy and fit a family of four with four bags. Sorry for the lengthy review but this company was A+++

Great Trip to Montenegro
We had a fantastic day trip with Julija. The drive was very comfortable (in a Mercedes E Class), very good conversation - both informative and good chat on various points. Overall, we had a very enjoyable trip and loved it! Also , i would like to point out that email communication from them was very prompt.

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Montenegro Coast Private Day Trip from Dubrovnik: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.
How much does Montenegro Coast Private Day Trip from Dubrovnik cost?
+
Prices start at $390 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Montenegro Coast Private Day Trip from Dubrovnik take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.
Is Montenegro Coast Private Day Trip from Dubrovnik worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Montenegro Coast Private Day Trip from Dubrovnik?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Montenegro Coast Private Day Trip from Dubrovnik suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Montenegro Coast Private Day Trip from Dubrovnik?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Montenegro Coast Private Day Trip from Dubrovnik start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h), Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
