    Nice experience

Nice outing. Captain Scott and crew member Daniel were very welcoming, and informative to our questions during the cruise. Very relaxing with drinks and snacks included. Would definitely consider other cruises that they offer.

    “Okay” at best.

I want to preface by saying that Johnny and Josh, our captain and first mate were quite nice and attentive. But there were 2 pretty disappointing parts to this experience. For starters, when we got in our car to head over there, I had a flat tire. I called the place to ask if we could reschedule for the next day. The lady that answered, Mandy, was seemingly nice at first, even though she said we could not reschedule because we were calling 15 min in advance and she would’ve been able to accommodate had we called 30 min in advance. I genuinely questioned what difference the 15 mins would’ve made and she proceeded to change her mind to 1 hour. Again, I asked what difference THAT would’ve made and she proceeded to not answer the question and mention that they really try to accommodate everyone and that our tour was already losing money and she was going to have to cancel. Things that didn’t make sense. I was OK with not getting a reschedule, but I genuinely wanted to know what difference the hour would’ve made, so when I asked again, she called me nasty and that I’m using her words against her… I was so confused, she was obviously making excuses which she was not able to explain. I would’ve been fine with her saying “sorry that’s against policy”, which she did say after going back and forth on the phone for 10 minutes. Also, calling a customer nasty for simply a question about something you said is not okay, just because you are unable to answer it. With that said, we were still able to make the reservation, the actual time we spent looking at the mansions was about 40 min. The rest of the time, was a very slow drive back only to make up the 1h and 45 min. Which would be nice if people were drinking and having fun but that wasn’t the case nor the purpose for our booking.

A little boring. No narration and no mention of yachts and mansions. We saw some but no commentary from captain

No narration of anything we were looking at from the captain. The mate, Josh, was excellent

Mimosas, Mansions & Megayachts Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for West Palm Beach.

How much does Mimosas, Mansions & Megayachts Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $59 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in West Palm Beach usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Mimosas, Mansions & Megayachts Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in West Palm Beach is not rushed.

Is Mimosas, Mansions & Megayachts Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 80 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 130 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in West Palm Beach, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Mimosas, Mansions & Megayachts Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Mimosas, Mansions & Megayachts Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Mimosas, Mansions & Megayachts Tour?

    +

Around 46 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in West Palm Beach can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in West Palm Beach and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Mimosas, Mansions & Megayachts Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central West Palm Beach within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in West Palm Beach?

    +

West Palm Beach mixes coastal boat tours and jet ski runs on the Intracoastal with Everglades airboat trips, Palm Beach mansion cruises and day trips to Peanut Island. On Outty we rank every West Palm Beach experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Guided Snorkel Tour Phil Foster Park (HIGH TIDE ONLY-FREE VIDEOS), Downtown West Palm Beach Food Tour, Paddle Boarding Eco Adventure Tour Jupiter Florida - Singer Island. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit West Palm Beach?

    +

November to April, the dry season along the Atlantic coast. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in West Palm Beach?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
