    The pick up location did...

The pick up location did not show as described as "holiday Inn"! The bus came in 30 minutes late. Request for Optional Pick up, but did not receive ant response.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your message, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’d like to clarify that we are not affiliated with the Holiday Inn. This location is simply used as a meeting point, and the check-in takes place outside of the hotel, not inside. The correct address is 340 Biscayne Boulevard, and this is where guests should be waiting. Regarding hotel pick-up, this service must be requested in advance. Requests made on the same day or late the night before (around 9 PM or later) cannot be guaranteed, as we need time to confirm and assign the appropriate pick-up location and schedule. We also apologize for the delay you experienced. While we always aim to be on time, traffic and operational factors can occasionally cause delays, and we appreciate your patience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.

    The diriver Emanual or...

The diriver Emanual or Mannual, scammed us by saying he would be booking guided snorkeling tour and left us nowhere which no proper communication on where to go . Too much rushed and no time to lookout as he brought us very late to the destination. The snorkeling tour operations have credit card system , even then he just he asked for cash which we dint have and had to go to a near by ATM , which doesn't make sense. We could have paid through credit card at the counter where we could have saved some money. Our experience is very bad, and couldn't do anything at the end of the day. The driver name is Mannual / Emanual, he is unethical , unapologetic and no respect for people's time and money.

Response from the operator: We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We do want to clarify that snorkeling and other water sports activities are not operated or sold directly by us. These activities are provided by third-party vendors in Key West. Our drivers may suggest or connect guests with local operators they are familiar with, but we understand from your feedback that this situation was not handled properly. What you described regarding the lack of communication, timing, and payment confusion is concerning, and it does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused during your trip. Please know that we will be addressing this directly with the driver. We take this matter seriously and will ensure a proper conversation takes place so situations like this do not happen again. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve and better serve our guests.

    Use another company

So unorganized! Absolutely nothing was done according to the instructions we received. We arrived on time at the meeting point but there was no one from the company wearing the designated "white t-shirt that says Miami 90 Mile tours". There was a guy wearing a red t-shirt with nothing on it, who wasnt quite sure what was going on. He turned out to be our driver. A second bus arrived around 7am and that driver was wearing a white shirt, no logo. He also had no idea what was going on. Finally we were loaded on to the bus (no one ever scanned our tix) and sat there for 45 min., waiting with no explanation. The two drivers just stood outside smoking and chatting the entire time we were sitting on the bus. No explanations for those of us on the bus. Finally a bunch of new people arrived and that's when we left. It was 7:50 by then . The delay cut into our 6-hours in Key West. The bus itself was dirty and our seats were broken. My seat belt was broken. I would not recommend this company for a day trip to Key West. There are others. Try them instead.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, as this is not the level of service we aim to provide. We sincerely apologize for the confusion at check-in, the lack of clear communication, and the delay in departure. That’s understandably frustrating, especially when it affects your time in Key West. Your comments regarding staff coordination, appearance, and the condition of the bus are taken very seriously, and we will be addressing this internally with our team to ensure these issues are corrected. This is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we truly regret that your experience did not reflect the quality we strive to deliver. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve moving forward.

    Stop at Islamorada was...

Stop at Islamorada was disappointing. Our driver was constantly on his phone talking really loud. Seemed very distracted and not very attentive to passengers. Very poor english skills.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. The stop in Islamorada is designed to give guests free time to explore at their own pace, but we understand that it may not feel as engaging for everyone. Your comments help us look at ways to improve that part of the experience. We’re especially concerned to hear about the driver’s behavior. Safety and attentiveness are extremely important to us, and what you described is not the level of service we expect from our team. We will be addressing this internally to ensure it does not happen again. We also appreciate your note regarding communication, as we strive to provide clear and professional service to all our guests. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback truly helps us improve.

    Memorable Exprience to Keys

Our trip from Miami to the Keys was a highlight of our vacation. The day started perfectly with a prompt on-time hotel pickup, and we arrived at the Keys exactly as scheduled, giving us plenty of time to explore. What really stood out, however, was how the company handled a challenge. On the way back, the bus had a mechanical issue. Our driver was incredible—he worked tirelessly to fix the problem himself. Despite the delay, we were able to head back at 9:15 PM. Even with the late start and the technical hurdles, the driver’s main focus was our safety. He went above and beyond to ensure every passenger reached home safely. It turned what could have been a bad situation into a very positive experience. This will definitely be one of those memorable trips we talk about for years! Highly recommended for their reliability and dedication.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful review. We’re truly happy to hear that your trip from Miami to the Florida Keys was such a highlight of your vacation. It’s great to know the day started smoothly with an on-time hotel pickup and that you had plenty of time to enjoy the Keys. We always aim to make the experience easy and well organized so guests can relax and enjoy the journey. We especially appreciate your understanding regarding the unexpected mechanical issue on the way back. While situations like that are rare, safety is always our top priority. We’re very proud to hear that your driver handled the situation with professionalism and dedication, working hard to resolve the issue and making sure every passenger returned home safely. Your recognition of his efforts truly means a lot to our team. Thank you again for your recommendation and for choosing to travel with us. We’re honored to have been part of such a memorable experience, and we hope to welcome you again on another adventure in the future.

Miami to Key West Day Trip with Optional Hotel Pick up: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Miami.

How much does Miami to Key West Day Trip with Optional Hotel Pick up cost?

    +

Prices start at $35 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Miami usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Miami to Key West Day Trip with Optional Hotel Pick up take?

    +

Plan for about 15 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Miami is not rushed.

Is Miami to Key West Day Trip with Optional Hotel Pick up worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 51 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 33 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Miami, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Miami to Key West Day Trip with Optional Hotel Pick up?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Miami to Key West Day Trip with Optional Hotel Pick up suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 15-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Miami to Key West Day Trip with Optional Hotel Pick up?

    +

Around 12 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Miami can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Miami and add a light layer if any part of the 15-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Miami to Key West Day Trip with Optional Hotel Pick up start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Miami within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Miami?

    +

Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 hrs Miami Private Boat with Cooler, Ice, Bluetooth Stereo, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami, Miami: 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Miami?

    +

November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Miami?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
