NOT tourist friendly!
The ATV ride itself was fun, but the overall experience was disappointing because of how poorly the fees and payment requirements were communicated. The website does not disclose that there is a $100 deposit required for each ATV, which came as a surprise when we arrived. They also charge a separate $20 trail fee per person that is not included in the ticket price. In my opinion, this should either be included in the original cost or clearly disclosed upfront to avoid unexpected charges. If you’re an international visitor, I honestly wouldn’t recommend booking here. The staff told us the deposit could only be paid through Zelle or Cash App. Thankfully, I have a U.S. bank account and was able to cover it for our group, but if I hadn’t, we would have been stuck. This payment requirement is also not mentioned anywhere on their website. The customer service was disappointing. Despite all of the unexpected fees and payment issues, there was no effort to accommodate the inconvenience or make things right. It didn’t feel like a business that caters well to tourists. The only reason I’m not giving this experience an even lower rating is because Joanndy and the other tour guide completely turned the night around. They were energetic, friendly, and made the ride genuinely fun. They deserve recognition because they were easily the best part of the entire experience.

Horrible 0/10
I went family and friends, they were unprofessional, with a lot of hidden fees and deposit holds , also we was waiting for 2hours we was supposed to ride at 10, didn’t ride till 12 , , the shuttle us after parking is far in the parking lot , then MADE US walk back at 2.am with no since of directions, false advertisement nothing glow in the dark

Our time was at 10pm we...
Our time was at 10pm we did not actually get to ride until 12am. They kept telling us 30 more mins but we stood around for 2 hours. The whole thing was very unorganized and super sketchy. Got picked up in the middle of no where in a van and got driven on a very bumpy road with no communication from the driver. All the workers were smoking and seemed to be under the influence. My friend and I during the ride had a weird experience with one of the staff making us feel very uncomfortable. Overall an awful experience, I do not recommend, save your money!!

Miami ATV Night Ride Experience with LED Glow Lights: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Miami.
How much does Miami ATV Night Ride Experience with LED Glow Lights cost?
+
Prices start at $100 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Miami usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Miami ATV Night Ride Experience with LED Glow Lights take?
+
Plan for about 1 hour from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Miami is not rushed.
Is Miami ATV Night Ride Experience with LED Glow Lights worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 36 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (1.7/5 across 3 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Miami, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Miami ATV Night Ride Experience with LED Glow Lights?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Miami ATV Night Ride Experience with LED Glow Lights suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Miami ATV Night Ride Experience with LED Glow Lights?
+
Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Miami can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Miami and add a light layer if any part of the 1-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Miami ATV Night Ride Experience with LED Glow Lights start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Miami within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Miami?
+
Miami splits between the water and the neighbourhoods. Biscayne Bay boat tours, Key Biscayne snorkelling and Everglades airboats cover the first, while Wynwood mural walks, Little Havana food crawls and South Beach deco tours cover the second. We rank Everglades operators carefully: many depart from Miami but the good ones run their own boats rather than reselling seats. On Outty we rank every Miami experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 2 hrs Miami Private Boat with Cooler, Ice, Bluetooth Stereo, Little Havana Food and Walking Tour in Miami, Miami: 2 Hour Private Yacht Cruise. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Miami?
+
November to April, dry season, before hurricane and humidity months. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Miami?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
