  • Kayak Weight Limit: 220 lbs for a single, or a maximum combined weight of 270 lbs for a double.
  • Children must be 10 years old to paddle a single kayak alone. Children under 10 are welcome to kayak when accompanied by a supervising adult.
  • For safety reasons, kayaking is restricted for pregnant women.
  • Life vests are mandatory for all water activities and are provided free of charge for your convenience.
  • Bring extra cash for minor expenses, credit cards aren't accepted outside the port area.
  • We recommend biodegradable sun block lotion.
  • Pack your swimsuit, a personal towel, and a change of clothes for your Bacalar adventure.
  • Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to wind, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions.
