I got poisoned 💀
The whole thing is a total disaster. First of all, I told the people at check-in that I have a peanut allergy, they confirmed they noted it and at lunch I found WHOLE PEANUTS in my meal while eating. Needless to say this ruined the whole trip afterwards for me, the situation was very bad. The "catamaran" is just a speedboat - they present it as an alternative that offers a smooth ride but it's a misleading marketing. Almost everyone on the boat was vomiting during the whole trip. The crew was trying to impress everyone with their skills to stay up during the waves and dance, rather than think about all the struggling people. They could have put the shields down during the heavy rain so that less wind and rain get inside the speedboat but they simply didn't care at all. There were no pills for sea sickness on board but they DID have a lot of plastic bags prepared for people to vomit. We were rushing through every stop so we didn't get to see much or experience the beautiful sights anyways. I could point out so many things but I'd rather just advise anyone reading this to find another company instead.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we sincerely apologize for the distress caused, especially regarding the peanuts found in your meal. Regarding your peanut allergy, we understand how serious this matter is. You had informed our check-in team about your allergy, and we regret that peanuts were nevertheless present in your meal. We will urgently review this incident with our kitchen and tour team to understand what happened and reinforce our procedures for handling food allergies. We fully understand that this is a serious safety concern and that extra care must be taken in such situations. Regarding the boat, we would like to clarify that the type of boat may occasionally be adjusted according to the conditions and operational requirements on the day of the tour. Whenever there is a change, our team will inform guests in advance as clearly as possible. We are sorry if the boat experience did not match your expectations based on the description of the tour. As for the wind, rain, and waves, unfortunately, weather conditions are beyond our control. However, before every departure, the sea and weather conditions are carefully assessed with consideration given to safety by the relevant maritime authorities, park officials, and our experienced boat captain. If conditions are considered unsafe, appropriate decisions will be made regarding the operation of the trip. We also understand your concerns regarding the comfort of passengers during rough weather and will remind our crew to pay closer attention to passengers who may be struggling. Regarding seasickness medication, this is not included in our tour package and is something guests who are prone to motion sickness are advised to prepare themselves before departure. For guests who already know that they may experience seasickness, bringing appropriate medication in advance can help make the journey more comfortable. The plastic bags provided on board are simply a precautionary measure for passengers who may become unwell during the journey. We are also sorry to hear that you felt the stops were too rushed and that you were unable to fully enjoy the scenery and activities. We will take this feedback back to our team and review how we can better balance the schedule while maintaining the safety and overall operation of the tour. Once again, we sincerely apologize for the aspects of the trip that caused you disappointment. We genuinely appreciate your honest feedback and will use it to review our procedures, improve communication, and provide a better experience for our future guests. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention.

DON'T EAT THE LUNCH BUFFET!!!!!
The crew was very kind and helpfull. The stops are nice. In the stop of Ko Phi Phi They take you to a place with buffet for lunch which is included ***DON'T EAT THERE!!!*** We all got Listeria and it ruined all our vacation. Go and eat Burger king instead. It's not the crew's fault, but the company shouldn't work with those restaurants. Unless that incident that really ruined our whole trip they would have get 5 points.

Excellent! 👌👍
The catamaran crew was amazing – professional, full of positive energy, fluent in English (and even Chinese), and absolutely great with kids! The day was perfectly organized with diverse and exciting stops – a bit of everything: views, swimming, food, and fun. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend it!

Stunning views, good food and great company at Phi Phi Islands and Maya Bay
This was a great experience, from the driver picking us up at our hotel, to the drop off where we registered, got our bands and had a quick breakfast to the bumpy boat ride to the Phi Phi islands and lunch. We took so many photos of the views, snorkelled, swam and walked on the stunning beaches while knowing exactly what time we had to be where. We even danced with some fellow passengers on the boat. The boat crew was very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the entire excursion. They were always keen to take a nice photo and never hesitated to give a friendly smile. Ultimately, I would recommend them to anyone who wants to go on an adventure in Thailand.

Why this scores 49
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Maya, Khai, and Maithon Island All-Inclusive Catamaran Cruise: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Phuket.
How much does Maya, Khai, and Maithon Island All-Inclusive Catamaran Cruise cost?
+
Prices start at $3300 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Phuket usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Maya, Khai, and Maithon Island All-Inclusive Catamaran Cruise take?
+
Plan for about 9 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Phuket is not rushed.
Is Maya, Khai, and Maithon Island All-Inclusive Catamaran Cruise worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.6/5 across 5 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Phuket, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Maya, Khai, and Maithon Island All-Inclusive Catamaran Cruise?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Maya, Khai, and Maithon Island All-Inclusive Catamaran Cruise suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 2. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 9-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Maya, Khai, and Maithon Island All-Inclusive Catamaran Cruise?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Phuket can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Phuket and add a light layer if any part of the 9-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Maya, Khai, and Maithon Island All-Inclusive Catamaran Cruise start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Phuket within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Phuket?
+
On Outty we rank every Phuket experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Southern Flavors Phuket Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, James Bond Island by Big Boat w/ Sea Cave Canoeing and Lunch, Phang Nga Bay Canoeing & James Bond Island Tour from Phuket. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Phuket?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Phuket?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
