    Amazing experience

The whole tour was fantastic. Shout out to the guide and driver . He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you very much ,guys 😊 ☺️

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for joining us on the excursion. The Armenia tour is a bit long but very interesting. Many UNESCO monuments in the capital of Armenia, Yerevan. Visit all of this in one day, which is Our best guides.

Memorable Trip, but the Guide Could Be More Engaging

I recently took this trip and overall, it was a wonderful experience with Ushba tour & travel. One guy i could not get his name but he helped me a lot in replanning my trip due to rain. I am really thankful to him. The destinations were beautiful, the itinerary was well-planned, and the logistics were smooth from start to finish. The transportation was comfortable, luxurious and on time, and we got to see some truly stunning sights that I’ll remember for years to come. However, the tour guide Georgi didn’t quite match the energy or enthusiasm I’ve experienced on other tours. While they were knowledgeable and professional, their delivery felt a bit flat at times and lacked the personal touch that can make a good tour great. It would have been nice to see a bit more engagement or storytelling to bring the history and culture to life. That said, the places we visited more than made up for it, and I’d still recommend this trip—especially if you're comfortable exploring a bit on your own during downtime.

Response from the operator: Welcome, we have reviewed your review and are glad that you liked our tours. Both the Kazbegi and Martvili excursions. I would like to tell you that the Martvili excursion is covered with a little history. The guide has less to say in Martvili Canyon. The guides themselves say this. They feel uncomfortable. Good swans always tell us not to let them into Martveli Canyon. There is less history there.

Beautiful places, horrible operator, insufficient guide

The canyon and the cave are interesting places to visit, but the whole excursion was terribly organized. The "guide" told us nothing about the places we have visited, he just kept on being the dj on the bus or he just slept... The tickets for the cave were not pre-booked and we have wasted 1 hour waiting for our turn to get tickets and enter the cave. Needless to say that the "guide" has never accompanied the group at the places of interest. We were not given the opportunity to pre-order our meals, so we had to wait for an hour to get our lunch. Punctuality was another problem and due to it, the whole excursion lasted more than expected (07:00-23:30). The minivan seats were uncomfortable, even for a short woman as i am. If i could have booked this excursion from another operator, i would have done it...

Response from the operator: Спасибо, что понравилась наша экскурсия, мы компания и команда гидов заботимся о вас, что доставляет нам огромное удовольствие, спасибо гиду

    Worst experience ever

There was nothing other than terrible experience for us. Such a huge disappointment. The tour guide spoke only in Russian the whole time and said only few words in English for name sake. He did not give any instructions on where we are headed or about the location. It felt as if the guide was on his private tour. It was just 16 hours of journey in that car with this guy shouting in Russian the whole time. We booked other tours as well from Viator and had good experience but this one was the worst thing ever. The timing mentioned was from 7-9pm, We left the place around 7:20 and we came at midnight 11:30 and we did not even cover all the place. The whole purpose of us booking this tour was to experience the boat ride in martivilli canyon and in Prometheus cave and it was closed in both the location. It is their responsibility to check whether it is open or not before taking the tourists all the way down there. We were just pushed in small mini van with people sitting down and stuff and took us to boring small waterfalls charging us 30 GEL each. The guide was just chitchatting with any Russian on the way and did not care about the timings and was not bothered about the tour. He did not even introduced himself so we do not know his name. Viator needs to take proper action towards this guy so that the tourists will not have go through this horrible experience.

Response from the operator: I'm sorry you're unhappy. It's because the weather was bad and the law was closed. I want to tell you that our guides speak English well and they also spoke to you in English, but that's because you can't look into the canyon, that's why I stayed Turkish.

The location was stunning but the tour guide was boring

Was an amazing tour. But the tour guide was a little dull! The guide didn't speak English properly. Even thou we requested for an English guide. He was rude to some elderly folks in the tour. He slept most of the way. If it wasn't for the beautiful location, I would have put 1 rating.

Response from the operator: Thank you for traveling in our company, thank you guide Giga
