The spa
It’s a scam the place is not what been shown in the pictures, it’s dirty and far away from my hotel. The pickup driver took me and my husband to two different locations when I refused and asked him to take us back he insulted my husband and threatened us to take us to the desert and lock the car I was horrified it’s scary and bad experience. Later, we went to the spa I was reserved before by ourselves despite the driver and his manager told us it’s closed, it was open and it was wonderful place the staff were nice and friendly finally we got what we wanted after that horrible incident. My advice to you don’t reserve through the application do your reservation either walk in or call the place.

Terrible experience! Some kind of fraud!
We paid for this and nobody contacted us. Than I contacted them 1:30 hour after they had to Picked up us from the hotel. In 2 hours some misterous guy with broken car, no Air conditioner at 40 degrees outside picked up us from the hotel and dropped us off at some strange place in old building at 3rd floor and a women came to ask us if we have a reservation. Nobody knew where is the place we paid for.

Treated Like Dirt
If you would like a Hammam / Massage Experience in Marrakesh I would 100% avoid Hotel Islane. We turned up at 11am having told The guide that we were time conscious. Turned up at reception and there was nobody there or so we thought. There was a woman staring at us in not a nice way on the telephone. Half an hour later she identifies herself as staff and all she said was 5 minutes. I called the guide and he went missing. No Support. Also the place was so unclean and had dirty floors and flies everywhere. Even snotty tissues!!After another 30 minutes with no acknowledgement we decided to leave. Ruined what has been a lovely stay in Marrakesh with friendly locals. Have asked for a Refund. Would avoid booking here

Good way to spend the...
Good way to spend the afternoon for an authentic cultural experience. The spa itself was great. Had misunderstanding issues and thought I was going to meet the driver after a mile walk but instead was provided directions to the spa itself so "hotel pickup" and drop off are probably dependent on hotel location and understandings with the provider. Pleasant afternoon overall.

Driver messed the experience up for us
No blame for this should go to the Spa or Tripadvisor. Driver messaged the night before to change the collection time from 11:00 to 12:30, he turned up at 1pm and got to the Spa at 1:30 pm, however the spa couldn't accomodate us, as they had not been kept informed by the driver of the changes, so we had to go elsewhere. After multiple eails back and to with Viator, through Tripadvisor we eventually got out money back. One thing I would say is that the reviews seem to reference different spas, so I can only assume that the experience is booked with the operator who then makes a deal with the spa and Hammam locally. The Spa looked beautiful, it was a shame we didnt get to try it but they were very apologetic and they did try to rearrange the time, but we were flying later that day so couldn't push it back any further.

Why this scores 48
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Marrakech: Moroccan Hammam, Relaxing Massage & Hotel Transfers: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does Marrakech: Moroccan Hammam, Relaxing Massage & Hotel Transfers cost?
+
Prices start at $80 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Marrakech: Moroccan Hammam, Relaxing Massage & Hotel Transfers take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is Marrakech: Moroccan Hammam, Relaxing Massage & Hotel Transfers worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 48 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 70 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Marrakech: Moroccan Hammam, Relaxing Massage & Hotel Transfers?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Marrakech: Moroccan Hammam, Relaxing Massage & Hotel Transfers suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 3-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book Marrakech: Moroccan Hammam, Relaxing Massage & Hotel Transfers?
+
Around 25 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Marrakech: Moroccan Hammam, Relaxing Massage & Hotel Transfers start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
