The Worst
This was horrible. $200 a head plus $70 for children to see a synagogue I could walk into and a half baked castle that cost additional to view. Then they direct you to a pharmacy which has nothing to do with any form of Judaism. I’m sure there was a kick back involved on the whole the worst experience on a fabulous trip
Response from the operator: Hi Miss Jill ! Your feedback is not a surprise for us . I was expecting 0 🌟 star , so thanks for being generous to our company which provided the following services: 1/ A luxurious new 17 seats Sprinter Mercedes with a private driver , all types of soft drinks and chocolate bars for your kids. 2/ Mr Rachid , your private national certified tour guide, with great reviews and knowledge about Moroccan history and Jewish heritage. He’s an expert famous for groups from Israel and other countries. 3/ I’ve lost all your payment as I was generous to pay for your mistake as you are staying in a different location from the one provided: Our driver had been 32 kilometres far from Marrakech which is out of the circle ⭕️ allowed by our system. I had ordered the driver to pick you up and paid for this . Then. , I’ve paid another time because he had come back to Marrakech to start driving to your new location that I had received from you at the starting time of the tour which had made us pay a full day service for the buses company. 4/ Because of your mistake , the guide had been paid for a full day tour ( double service) because you had started 2 hours later which had made him delegate his afternoon tour with other travellers. 5/ The pharmacy you had mentioned is within the souks which is part of the tour and the young girl and her mother insisted on the tour guide to guide her and assist her. This had made you angry because you have organised a shopping tour with that French illegal guide . 6 / It’s now , a high season and you had cancelled the first part of the group and I’ve still kept for you the same bus and service.s that are not paid because of your mistake of the tricky location. 64 kilometres for both ways. 7/ Price of services are fixed and all details including the itinerary are clear. If the illegal guides ( you know who I’m talking about) convinced you to cancel 1/2 of the group , and offered cheap prices or free service , keep in mind that they hustle you 100% when they take travellers ( far from the police 👮 undercover officers) to their friends ( black market) where they take big commissions that you had mentioned. Take care and safe travels to the great travellers who were very happy and friendly 😇 inside your group NB : We’ve avoided problems to the kind travellers as we did not call the police officers to the French illegal guide who had rushed the tour guide and your group to finish quickly and join her and the others to go shopping outside the souks

Learning about Jewish Marrakech.
It was very informative to learn about the centuries of Jewish residency in Marrakech. Now there are less than 100 Jews still living there, mostly older Jews. We had the opportunity to meet with two locals -- one was a textile manufacturer/distributor, and the other the Kosher butcher -- to hear about their lives and what it is like to live in Marrakech now. Hassan was a great gulide and offered many insights into the history and local culture.
Response from the operator: Hi Sir Jason Thank you so much for your feedback about our Jewish heritage experience in Marrakech. Thanks again for being very generous and humble to share with us your great knowledge about the Jewish life and other parts of the world compared to Morocco 🇲🇦. See you next in Morocco whenever you can. Thanks

Why this scores 57
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Marrakech Jewish Heritage : Luxurious Private Tour & Vehicle: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.
How much does Marrakech Jewish Heritage : Luxurious Private Tour & Vehicle cost?
+
Prices start at $54 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Marrakech Jewish Heritage : Luxurious Private Tour & Vehicle take?
+
Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.
Is Marrakech Jewish Heritage : Luxurious Private Tour & Vehicle worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 20 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Marrakech Jewish Heritage : Luxurious Private Tour & Vehicle?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Marrakech Jewish Heritage : Luxurious Private Tour & Vehicle suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Marrakech Jewish Heritage : Luxurious Private Tour & Vehicle?
+
Around 7 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Marrakech Jewish Heritage : Luxurious Private Tour & Vehicle start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Marrakech?
+
On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Marrakech?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
