A great experience.
Everything from start to finish was superb. The communication with both the driver and activity company. Fast respond, clear instructions. They picked us up close to our Riyad on time and they even dropped us off in another location that we asked for. The whole experience was so much fun and safe. The instructor that took us on the tour to the berber village was super sweet and nice and made sure everybody was safe and had a good time. We were a small group with only 3 quads which made for a perfect afternoon. The whole trip was 3+ hours . We loved it. The only thing we would’ve changed is maybe having it a tiny bit longer because it was so much fun.

Do not book with this company. Paid for a 2 hour quad bike experience and got 45mins!! Disappointing
This experience was far from what was advertised on the website. We chose this company as it was advertised as a '2hour quad ride', 3 hour total experience including professional photos and a tea break in a Berber village. I had to contact the company to confirm what time they would be picking us up from the hotel as I had not received any details other than the confirmation of the booking. Someone by the name of Houda responded back the evening before the experience saying we would be picked up at8:20 outside the hotel. Upon arrival the driver did not greet us or say any other word other than "hello", he sat there mute and miserable. We got to the quad bike place and walked over to what looked like a small building with one room full of helmets. There were four men stood outside but no one greeted us or spoke to us or guided us to the door of the room. We guessed that we should go into the room and a guy came out from a side door. He didnt greet us and just started to hand us our helmets, he took us to the bikes and literally gave us the quickest demonstration of how to use it - this is the accelerator and this is the brakes. Then started to ride of. My mum was on the bike on front of all of us and behind the guy and we saw that she was struggling with the bike, so my brother got off of his bike and started to show her, at this point the guy came back and started shouting go to your bike and then got angry shouting at my mum in arabic. We tried to calmly tell him that we are just showing her as his demonstration was lacking any guidance for someone that had not done this before. My mum began riding but was slow and a little cuatious to begin with and wanted to get s feel for the quad before we went on our way. I have done quad biking before and this step of just slow riding and getting used to the functionality of the bike os standard so we were unsure why he was not allowing this for safety and instead becoming angry. He then told my mum that she couldn't ride on her own and would have to sot on the back of one of my brothers bikes with them. We were all annoyed and disappointed withthe experience so far but thought it would improve once we started the ride. We started the ride at 9am as stated on the confirmation. The ride was slow, we passed piles of garbage and trash, nothing scenic, the one building we did pass we had hoped the guy would tell us what is was but he didnt stop nor say anything. He was miserable throughout the ride. He stopped us at again a open space no scenary and told us we can take pictures...we told some pictues on our phone - there was definitely no professional photos being taken!! We then proceeded with the ride to the beber village for tea. This was simply just a hut, the only thing good was the nice cup of tea. The guy walked off into the hut and we sat outside as instructed. We were sat there for over 30mins until my brother went into the hut to ask if we could proceed with the drive as we were wasting time just sitting there. He then came out and walked to his bike and we did the same. We then carried on the drive, hoping that we would ride a little faster and that we would come across something scenic but very soon we were led back to the quad back shop. The guy parked up his quad and walked into the shop. He got off our bikes and followed him in thinking ok is there something else that were doing as it was only 10:15am!!!! We told him that the quad bike ride was 2 hours but we had only rode for 45mins!!!!!!!!!! He said that it was two hours from pick up...but even that didn't make sense timewise. We then went to show him the confirmation but he completely ignored us and walked into the back room and never came back out. The guy that picked us up was stood outside and told us to get into the car because if we didn't do so then then he wouldn't have taken us back to the hotel. We had no one to raise the concerns to then and no option but to leave in order to have our transportation back to the hotel. This experience was far from anything that any of us have experienced before and we truly believed that as we were booking via Viator we would be booking with a vetted and well established company and would have a great experience. This was a shocking, disappointing and unsatisfactory experience. We did not get the experience we had paid for and advise that you remove them to avoid others being disappointed.

5* Quad bike tour
We had a lovely morning on the quad bikes. It was forecast to rain (one of the 4 days a year that it rains in Marrakesh!) so we were delighted when the sun came out just for our desert/quad experience! We were picked up on time at the pre organised place. A short drive and we were on the bikes! It is not a long ride but with a stop for tea and some local bread and dips it made for a good all round trip. The added bonus is that we were only 4 people in total which made for a much more personalised tour. I'm not sure if this was normal or we were lucky! If you're looking for a quad only experience then I would strongly recommend Marrakesh Activities.
