Birthday gift for a friend

We hebben een prettige en leuke ervaring gehad met onze gids Amine yesterday on the 29th of April. De information before was on time and understandable. De pick-up location was good to walk for us and they where on time. We had a fun group of people and we first started with a camelride, after that we visited a Argan Oil farm who was very good in the presentation and the vibe was good. After that we went to the diner location and had fine and tasty food. They served very vast so maybe it could be a little slower in time between the meals. The show was fun and good. After the show we did a dance with our guide as DJ. Really a good end of the evening! Thanks all!

Good tour - the weather...

Good tour - the weather unfortunately didn’t quite play ball for us and I think the dinner experience would be more relaxed in better weather but you can’t control for that. The pick up and drop off and activities were very smooth and right amount of time

Small group to AGAFAY dessert

We really enjoyed the day, having experienced a lot of new features on our day tour. But the best highlight we enjoyed most was the CAMEL ride amongst others. We also got to learn how cosmetics are made here in Marrakech with the use of ARGAN and other interesting products. The food was also nutritious and good to the taste. And finally, we were thrilled to watched the fire dance. Not to mention, the fun we had dancing to the beat. We also admire our tour guide, AMINE who was very delightful and fun to be with. All in all, everything was more than we expected.

A lovely day and amazing value

Amazing value for a great day out! We were picked up outside our hotel and communication prior was perfect. Our guide, Anass was so lovely and charming and included some interesting facts about camels and the local area whilst we were driving. The camel ride was so much fun, food was lovely and the fire show was great. Would definitely recommend!

Desert Trip

I had such an incredible experience on the Agafay Desert day trip from Marrakech! Our guide, Amine, truly made the day unforgettable. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared so many interesting facts along the way that made the journey even more special. From riding camels through the stunning desert landscape to enjoying traditional mint tea, every moment felt authentic and well-organized. We also visited an argan oil cooperative, which was a really unique and insightful stop. The day was perfectly rounded off with delicious food and amazing entertainment that gave us a real taste of Moroccan culture. Amine went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt comfortable and had a great time. I couldn’t have asked for a better guide. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Marrakech—you won’t regret it!

Marrakech: Camel Ride, Sunset & Dinner Show In Agafay Desert: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.

How much does Marrakech: Camel Ride, Sunset & Dinner Show In Agafay Desert cost?

+

Prices start at $15 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Marrakech: Camel Ride, Sunset & Dinner Show In Agafay Desert take?

+

Plan for about 5.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.

Is Marrakech: Camel Ride, Sunset & Dinner Show In Agafay Desert worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 37 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Marrakech: Camel Ride, Sunset & Dinner Show In Agafay Desert?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Marrakech: Camel Ride, Sunset & Dinner Show In Agafay Desert suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 1. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 5.5-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Marrakech: Camel Ride, Sunset & Dinner Show In Agafay Desert?

+

Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 5.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Marrakech: Camel Ride, Sunset & Dinner Show In Agafay Desert start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Marrakech?

+

On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Marrakech?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Marrakech?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
