2 passenger Buggy ride in the desert

Really excellent experience. Our guide was really friendly and provided a lot of cultural background. Our snack/break offered the best tea we have had on this trip.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you had an excellent experience and enjoyed the cultural insights from our guide. It’s also great to know that the tea was a highlight of your trip! We appreciate your review and hope to welcome you again in the future. Safe travels! 😊

I recommend

Welcoming team, very pleasant moment. Few palm trees during the ride. But the description of the service is in line with the announcement (but don't expect to buggy in the middle of the palm trees). Thank you for this pleasant time together

Great quad / buggy experience

Everything about the trip was effortless. We selected hotel pick up but due to staying in the middle of the medina where cars couldn’t pass, we were met about 2 mins from the riad. We were contacted 24hrs before with pick up location and time so we could get organised and our driver was there ahead of schedule. He was polite, chatted about the area and took us to the Palmerie. We were given hairnets, helmets and goggles and passed to our tour guide who was brilliant. They both checked everything safety wise before we set off and explained how the buggy worked as I’d never been in one before. We were unlucky with the weather - it rained - so we wondered if it would be called off but it wasn’t. In spite of the rain it was a brilliant morning on the buggy. Part way through we stopped for a comfort break and to clean up and were offered Moroccan tea and bread. Other guides also brought in their clients - everyone was saying how much fun they’d had which is always a good sign. As the rain had gone off at this point we could pick up more speed returning back to the drop off point. This route also took us over bigger inclines and sharper turns which was great. Our guide stopped again at this point and offered to take pictures and videos of us driving. We were met by our driver when the tour ended and returned to our meeting point. Everything was hassle free. The guides and staff were welcoming, chatty and genuinely wanted us to have experienced a good morning. We opted for the 9am tour which was unlucky weather wise but heading back to base we saw more tours were setting off for their experience. This was a great way to spend a few hours and do something different. We’d been offered other tours by the hotel and around town but wanted to go with a trusted provider - glad we did and if ever we return in warmer weather, we’d probably do it again. Great way to spend a rainy morning.

Exceptional Buggy Tour

Our Pick up and Drop off driver was extremely formerly and very professional. He taught us a few words and phrases to use during our stay in Marrakech. Aziz and the team were amazing, we had an extra 10 minutes on the buggies too and the Berber tea and snacks were unforgettable! We were taken around places that were new to us and even had an informal guided tour and fabulous pictures. Highly, highly recommend Thanks Aziz

Marrakech: Buggy Tour in the Palmgroves: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.

How much does Marrakech: Buggy Tour in the Palmgroves cost?

+

Prices start at $67 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Marrakech: Buggy Tour in the Palmgroves take?

+

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.

Is Marrakech: Buggy Tour in the Palmgroves worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 17 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Marrakech: Buggy Tour in the Palmgroves?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Marrakech: Buggy Tour in the Palmgroves suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Marrakech: Buggy Tour in the Palmgroves?

+

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Marrakech: Buggy Tour in the Palmgroves start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Marrakech?

+

On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Marrakech?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Marrakech?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
