Inclusions ot as advertised

Confirmation number: 1384045393 Booking reference number: 1766678197 This was very disappointing as the tour did not follow the inclusions stated when making the booking - at a cost of AUD$229. The tour did not visit either Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse or the The Caves, which were to be a highlight of the tour for me. Instead our Guide, David Wyn took us tramping through the bush - very disappointing !

Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the tour did not meet your expectations and understand your disappointment regarding the destinations visited. After reviewing your booking, we found that there was an inconsistency between the itinerary displayed on the booking platform and the tour that was ultimately operated. Our Margaret River Day Tour was updated several years ago, with Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse and the caves removed due to the significant additional driving distance involved and our desire to provide a safer, more comfortable, and higher-quality day tour experience. More recently, we enhanced the itinerary by adding the spectacular Wilyabrup Sea Cliffs, one of the most scenic sections of the Cape to Cape Track. Importantly, prior to the tour departure, we contacted all booked guests, including yourself, to advise of the updated itinerary. In our communication, we outlined the revised touring plan and invited feedback. We also advised that if the updated itinerary did not meet your expectations, you were welcome to cancel your booking free of charge and select an alternative tour. Unfortunately, your booking was made through TripAdvisor, which is linked to a Viator listing. Following our investigation, it appears that an outdated itinerary remained visible on the platform due to a synchronization issue, resulting in a discrepancy between the itinerary displayed at the time of booking and the tour being operated. We sincerely apologize for this confusion. At Tour2Holiday, we are committed to delivering the experiences that we advertise and to communicating any itinerary changes as early as possible. While we believe we followed the updated itinerary that had been communicated prior to departure, we fully understand that the outdated information displayed on the booking platform may have contributed to your disappointment. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention. We are currently reviewing all TripAdvisor and related platform listings to ensure that the information displayed accurately reflects the tours we operate and to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. Thank you again for your feedback. We value all guest comments and will continue working to improve both our products and our communication processes.

One star because I couldn’t give less.

One star because I couldn’t give less. Worst trip ever. This was a “stop, take photo’s, and back in the bus” tour. You didnt get a chance to enjoy anything. There was no focus at all as every stop was around 20 min. The lunch was supposed to be included, but we had to pay for our lunch ourselves. Then I lost my glasses on the beach and the tourguide found them and he didnt bother to ask whether it belonged to someone from the group. When I found out in the bus that I lost them, he told me to keep looking instead of being transparent and telling me that he found them on the beach and left them there. I had to hear it from a lady who was in the same tour. When confronting him he said that he didn’t want to upset me, which I dont believe. Then he tried to scam me and yelled at me that I should pay 70$ NOW in cash so he could send one of his chinese friends to pick it up. And he kept yelling even when I told him that I will arrange it myself. He wouldnt admit that he should have asked the group whether the glasses belonged to anybody. Then later on he kept harassing me via whatsapp saying “how much he wanted to help” and trying to lecture me about how much I should respect him (he thinks he is above others). In the end I called the lovely people from the holiday park and they arranged everything for me with no costs other than the label which was around 10$. This man is a total scam. I am happy nothing like this happened before to anyone on this tour. But this guy is not trustworthy thinks he is above all the people and doesnt bother to yell at you. This is how one person can turn a day that was supposed to be fun an relaxt, into you second guessing why you stepped on that plane in the first place.

Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you felt dissatisfied; however, we must respectfully clarify several points, as your review does not accurately reflect what occurred on the day. Firstly, this tour is designed as a full-day sightseeing itinerary covering multiple locations, and stop durations are planned accordingly. This format is clearly outlined in the product description. Concerning the sunglasses, we acknowledge that the handling of the found item could have been improved. At the time, the item was not identified as belonging to anyone in the group and was left in a visible location. Once you raised the issue, our guide, David, made genuine and proactive efforts to assist, including contacting venues, exploring retrieval options, and recommending that you contact the nearby holiday park. We would also like to clarify that the $70 mentioned was not requested by David, but was a third party’s request to cover travel costs (approximately 100km return). Importantly, David clearly communicated that the priority was to locate the sunglasses first and that there was no need to worry about payment, and this option was entirely voluntary. On the following day, David proactively followed up by contacting the holiday park and was informed that you had already contacted them and the sunglasses had been successfully located. This confirms that the assistance and advice provided were effective. We take allegations of unsafe driving, aggression, and harassment very seriously. Based on our internal review and feedback from other guests, we do not find evidence supporting these claims. Any follow-up communication was solely related to assisting with your lost property. We regret that this situation affected your experience, but we must respectfully disagree with the characterization of events. We remain committed to improving our service and ensuring all guests have a positive experience. Please kindly read your confirmation and it says lunch is not included.

Margaret River Day Tour

We missed the Bunbury farmers market because other travellers were late. We were not welcomed at the winery. There were too many short stops and lunch should have been included.

Response from the operator: Dear Ahmer, Please accept my sincere apologies for missing the stop at Bunbury Farmers Market during the tour. On the day, I waited for a late-arriving guest and did not want anyone to miss the trip. Unfortunately, this caused a delay to our schedule, and as a result we did not have sufficient time to stop at Bunbury Farmers Market for breakfast and a rest break. Instead, we stopped at a nearby service station. Regarding lunch, lunch is not included in this tour product and this arrangement has been consistent for several years for all guests. If the description you saw indicated otherwise, it may be due to inconsistent information from the booking platform. I would greatly appreciate it if you could let me know where the booking was made so that we can review and update the description accordingly. Thank you very much for travelling with us. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you again in the future. Kind regards,

Great experience with a wonderful guide

A great experience that I would recommend. My whole family enjoyed it. The stops were nicely spaced to make the trip to Margaret River enjoyable. Of course, the experience depends a lot on the host, and David is excellent. He is enthusiastic and knowledgeable and personable.

Response from the operator: Thank you very much for your kind review and I enjoyed the day with everyone for the day.

Margaret River Impression Day Tour From Perth: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Perth.

How much does Margaret River Impression Day Tour From Perth cost?

+

Prices start at $199 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Perth usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Margaret River Impression Day Tour From Perth take?

+

Plan for about 11 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Perth is not rushed.

Is Margaret River Impression Day Tour From Perth worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 65 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 65 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Perth, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Margaret River Impression Day Tour From Perth?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Margaret River Impression Day Tour From Perth suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 3. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 11-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Margaret River Impression Day Tour From Perth?

+

Around 23 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Perth can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Perth and add a light layer if any part of the 11-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Margaret River Impression Day Tour From Perth start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Perth within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Perth?

+

On Outty we rank every Perth experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Optus Stadium Tour, Pinnacles Desert Sunset Dinner and Stargazing Tour, VIP Swan Valley Wine Tour - Premium Small Group Wine & Gourmet Experience. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Perth?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Perth?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
