This tour is a mix of adventure, culture, history and, above all, a lot of fun, guided by a professional MTB and tourism guide, as we cross the sacred valley riding a bike passing through small towns, lagoons, archaeological centers, salt mines and viewpoints with very nice views in each place. we visited. during the journey we learn about hand weaves that still use millenary techniques, we will see the herds of llamas and alpacas and we will have the opportunity to try a millenary drink made from corn (chicha), we will also be able to appreciate the process of the salt that is still in operation for over a thousand years. Along the way we can enjoy the open air and a delicious box lunch, at the end of the tour in the Urubamba River we have the option of returning to Cusco or continue to the Ollantaytambo train station so that the passenger continues his trip to Machupicchu .

Biking Down Through the Mountains
Most of us took the downward coast down, down, down through the switchbacks of the mountains via smooth tar road. Total fun, and the views were wonderful and the staff so attentive and friendly. My son took the mountain biking route, and his grin could not have been bigger. He is quite an experienced rider and was very impressed with the terrain they rode. The bikes and equipment they provide are top notch which adds to the enjoyment. I highly recommend this company.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re really happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed the experience with us. It was a pleasure sharing the mountain with you all. We’re glad you had a great time enjoying the scenic descent, the incredible views, and the beautiful landscapes around Cusco. Moments like these are what make these adventures so special. We’re especially happy to hear that your son had such a big smile after the mountain bike ride! It’s always amazing to see experienced riders enjoying the unique terrain and trails that the Andes have to offer. Thank you for trusting our team and for recognizing the quality of our bikes, equipment, and service. We always want our riders to feel safe, comfortable, and free to enjoy every moment of the ride. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you and your family back for another adventure in Peru. Until next time, keep riding! 🚵♂️🏔️😊

This was amazing I want to go again!
I found Kinti thru some MTB riders I follow. I was so intrigued by what they post I had to come ride here. Making contact with Kinti was easy I emailed them and he followed up with texts to make sure I had received the email we then corresponded back-and-forth via WhatsApp . He was very informative answered all my questions on trail options ,skill level, and a date availablity when I would be in town. They arranged to pick me up . They inquired about food restrictions for the day and found a vegan place to eat for lunch which is greatly appreciated because that is not an easy feat considering how far out the tour takes you. My guides Jonathan and Jason were awesome and our driver Miguel did a great job of getting us to and from everywhere safely. Trips like this when you were in a vehicle with strangers for an extended period of time can be awkward. These fellas made me feel like we’ve known each other forever. The conversations were great and fluid. There was no real weirdness to it, which is impressive because that is not an easytask in itself. They supplied me with all the necessary, safety equipment, and a bike that was in great working order. The views and the trails were just spectacular. There’s almost no words to describe how amazing is experience. Along the way, they stopped to give history and facts about where we were riding they explained things about the cities and villages we were riding thru. We rode around the Sacred Valley the Maras salt mines the Laras trail and we ended by meeting another group for some urban downhill ! I could not have asked for better group of people to take on me on this adventure. I definitely recommend using these fellas ! It is well worth the price of admission!! Thanks Kinti Tours for the great memories and the ride of a lifetime!!
Response from the operator: Wow, thank you so much for taking the time to write such an incredible review! We truly appreciate your words and we’re very happy to know that you had such a memorable experience riding with Kinti Tours. It was a pleasure having you join us for this adventure. We’re glad you found us and decided to come experience the trails after following our MTB adventures. From the first contact, our goal is always to make everything easy and comfortable for our riders, from planning the perfect route to taking care of all the details during the day. Jonathan, Jason, and Miguel will be very happy to hear your kind words. They always do their best to create not only a great ride, but also a fun and authentic experience where everyone feels like part of the crew. We love that you enjoyed the conversations and the local connection — that is exactly what we hope to share with every rider. We’re also happy we could accommodate your vegan lunch and make sure you enjoyed the day without any worries. Riding through the Sacred Valley, Maras Salt Mines, Lares trails, and finishing with some urban downhill was definitely a full Cusco MTB adventure! Thank you for trusting us with your time in Peru and for recognizing the effort our whole team puts into every ride. Reviews like yours motivate us to keep sharing the best trails, culture, and experiences our home has to offer. We hope to see you back in Cusco for another unforgettable ride. Until then, keep shredding and safe travels! 🚵♂️🔥🇵🇪

World Class!
My dream to ride the Inca trail fulfilled! That was one of the best tour service I had! They are very professional and friendly. I felt like a king because I have a driver, professional guide, 2nd rider behind for safety and video. I had a blast and looking forward to come back and ride with them. Kinti is the best!
Response from the operator: Hello Stan amigo, thank you so much for all your words, we are very happy to make your dream come true, it was our pleasure to ride some trails of the sacred valley with you. We are waiting for you and your crew for sure to ride many more ancient and flowy trails. See you amigo.

Bucket list
Truly excellent riders who are also excellent guides. We rode with Kinti for 6 days and had a blast around Cusco and the Sacred Valley. I'm used to black diamonds in western Canada, but a lot of these trails are very different, so it was great variety for me. Exposure, narrow single track, rocky, loose, steep and rowdy! Tons of fun! Just to note - the high altitude isn't to be taken lightly.
Response from the operator: Thank you so much amigo, we had a great time riding bikes with you in Cusco and the sacred valley of the incas, we are so happy you have enjoyed all the trails here in the peruvian andes, we hope we will meet again and ride more amazing trails.

Incredible day with David
If you only get a couple of days/week in Peru, I couldn’t recommend spending one of them with David. He picked us up from our hotel and a short drive to chinchero to see the community creating authentic textiles, alpacas and guinea pigs. David took us for a bike ride to Moray and the salt mines. His passion for his culture and history was awesome. Nicest guy I’ve ever met and probably one of the best days out we’ve had! Thanks David! It was awesome
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for all your words, we are very happy to know that you have enjoyed your biking day with us on the sacred valley. we hope you are fine back at home and keep riding

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Maras & Moray biking adventure: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.
How much does Maras & Moray biking adventure cost?
+
Prices start at $221 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Maras & Moray biking adventure take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.
Is Maras & Moray biking adventure worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 6 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Maras & Moray biking adventure?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Maras & Moray biking adventure suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Maras & Moray biking adventure?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Maras & Moray biking adventure start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Cusco?
+
On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Full-Day Humantay Lake Trek (Meals Included), Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Cusco?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Cusco?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
