Amazing Manuel Antonio National Park Tour We had an amazing experience visiting Manuel Antonio National Park. Our guide, Dennis, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about nature. He helped us spot many animals that we would never have seen on our own and shared interesting information about the wildlife and the park. The tour was well organized, fun, and educational. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio. Thank you, Dennis, for making our visit so special!

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your wonderful review and recommendation! We’re very happy to hear that you had such a great experience exploring Manuel Antonio National Park with Dennis. One of the most special parts of visiting the park with a naturalist guide is being able to discover animals that can be very difficult to spot on your own, while also learning more about the wildlife, rainforest, and ecosystem of Manuel Antonio. Dennis will be very happy to know that his knowledge, friendliness, and passion for nature helped make your visit memorable. Thank you for choosing Epic Adventures and for allowing us to be part of your time in Costa Rica. Footsteps in the forest

Our very knowledgeable and well spoken guide Loandy walked through the jungle giving so much information on the animals, ecosystem and history that I wish I had audio taped him! We saw 2 lethal viper snakes, spiders and numerous birds including the very rare and threatened Quetzal. Loandry took pictures with his telescope and shared them with us on WhatsAp. Well worth taking this tour as you would likely miss much of this.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for sharing this amazing review! We’re truly happy to hear that Loandy provided such a rich, informative, and memorable experience. His passion for wildlife, ecosystems, and history really shines through, and we’re glad you were able to see such incredible species — including vipers, spiders, diverse birdlife, and the rare and threatened Quetzal. We’re also happy to know you appreciated the photos he captured and shared with you. Spotting wildlife in the forest can be challenging without a trained guide, so we’re glad the tour helped reveal so much of what nature has to offer. On behalf of everyone at Epic Adventures, thank you for choosing us. We truly appreciate your kind words and hope to welcome you back for another unforgettable adventure in Costa Rica!

Manuel Antonio Park Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Quepos.

How much does Manuel Antonio Park Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $60 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Quepos usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Manuel Antonio Park Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Quepos is not rushed.

Is Manuel Antonio Park Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Quepos, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Manuel Antonio Park Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Manuel Antonio Park Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Manuel Antonio Park Tour?

    +

Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Quepos can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Quepos and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Manuel Antonio Park Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Quepos within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Quepos?

    +

On Outty we rank every Quepos experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full Day Waterfall Adventure, Manuel Antonio Canopy Tour - Longest Twin Zip Line in Central America, Manuel Antonio Park Tour and its Amazing Wildlife and Beaches. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Quepos?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Quepos?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.

What is included in Manuel Antonio Park Tour?
