Worst service provided. Don’t trust these people.
We had a 5 days trip to Manali and Agra. 1. Driver was too rude (Driver name- Dharamprakash), instead of guiding us he was misleading everytime. He literally took us to his known vendors to get commission every time like river rafting, Kullu shall factory. He said in Manali he don’t know places we need to inform him to take places. So the question is why did we need to choose the package from Trans Himalayas if their driver is so inexperienced. I have contacted Mr.Jitender and informed about the driver but he have done nothing, just said sorry for everything. But they were very clear to get payment even at night 10pm (their representative) and asking for payment. It was very clear they just need profits but not cared to provide good service. 2. Coming to hotels in Manali, they said it was 3 star but the service and amenities provided were like 2 star hotels. Also, they want the full payment to be cleared by first day of trip. In my case, I told them I will do part payment by day by day and 10% will be cleared by last day evening(while initial advance payment they agreed and later during trip they denied). In Manali the hotels people literally kept the luggage outside the reception and didn’t allow us take the luggage without completing the payment. TRANS HIMALAYAS KINDLY GROW UP. Finally on last day of trip, The driver didn’t turn the AC on in the vehicle because it can go in optimum speed. I was travelling with my 1 yr old child and the traveller is running without AC with temperature of about 40 degree at Agra on 02.06.2024. I had a pathetic experience with Trans Himalayas. Kindly I would suggest don’t waste your money.

We strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and we apologise if we fell short of your expectations during your recent tour. But we did our best to provide you the services in fact we also provided a day sightseeing of Delhi on complimentary basis and in Delhi hotel you did the cancellation on same day and we also not charged you any cancellation and amendment charges. As we agreed on payment terms but after requesting 5 times till day 4 you are unable to transfer the payment even then without payment we provided you the services (From Day 1 to Day 4). For hotel and bags thing after your permission bell boy put all the bags in reception area with the help of your brother and last the AC thing on your request to speed up (5o speed to 80) the tempo driver asked for your permission to turn the ac off only then he turned the ac off because Ac uses the engine power and it is difficult to speed up with AC on but again apologise if we fell short of your expectations during your recent trip to Himachal. Very worst experience for Manali trip, please dont ever choose this, cab driver se everything is worst, had very bad experience
